Logística reversa : um cenário da legislação brasileira

Abstract

Resumo: A legislação federal, Lei nº 12.305/10, determina aos fabricantes, importadores, distribuidores e comerciantes a obrigação de estruturar e implantar sistemas de logística reversa, mediante o retorno dos produtos após o uso pelo consumidor, de forma independente do serviço público de limpeza urbana e de manejo dos resíduos sólidos. Nesse cenário, alguns estados, por meio das suas legislações já estão cobrando a implantação da logística reversa das empresas, por meio de acordos setoriais regionais, termos de compromisso e regulamentos. Abstract: Federal Law No. 12,305/10, establishes that manufacturers, importers, distributors and traders have the obligation to structure and implement reverse logistics systems, upon the return of products after consumer's use, independently of the public service of urban areas cleaning, and solid waste management. In this scenario, some states, through their legislation, are already demanding the implementation of reverse logistics from companies through regional agreements, terms of commitment and regulations.
