Água : o bem, o direito e o dever de todos

Abstract

Resumo: O presente artigo possui o objetivo de destacar a importância da água, como um recurso natural finito essencial à vida na terra, muito utilizado no dia a dia, um direito fundamental para o equilíbrio do ecossistema; ainda, a apresentação de alternativas sustentáveis, quanto à economia, o ecossistema, e o meio ambiente. A utilização desregulada e inconsequente causou, e continua causando graves prejuízos aos seres vivos e a todo ecossistema global, motivo pelo qual se criou a necessidade de regulamentação sobre o meio ambiente e os seus recursos naturais, através do direito ambiental em nível nacional e internacional, estabelecendo-se a cooperação entre o Estado e os cidadãos, para com o meio ambiente, visando estabelecer, novamente, o equilíbrio ambiental, despertando preocupação e visão para o desenvolvimento sustentável. Neste trabalho, destaca-se ainda projetos inovadores, como, por exemplo, as cidades esponjas e o dispositivo que transforma a água imprópria em própria, pela luz solar. Por fim, conclui-se que apesar da grande maioria usar a água de forma inconsequente, há pessoas com ideias renovadoras e que serão essenciais para o futuro do ecossistema como um todo, principalmente, a água

Abstract: This article aims to highlight the importance of water, as a finite natural resource essential to life on land, widely used in daily life, a fundamental right for the balance of the ecosystem; also, the presentation of sustainable alternatives, regarding the economy, the ecosystem, and the environment. The unregulated and inconsequential use has caused, and continues to cause serious damage to living beings and the entire global ecosystem, which is why the need to regulate the environment and its natural resources was created, through national and international environmental law, establishing cooperation between the State and citizens, towards the environment, aiming to establish, once again, the environmental balance, awakening concern and vision for sustainable development. In this work, innovative projects also stand out, such as, for example, the spongy cities and the device that transforms the inappropriate water into its own, by sunlight. Finally, it is concluded that despite the great majority using water in an inconsequential way, there are people with renewing deas and that will be essential for the future of the ecosystem as a whole, mainly water
