A eficácia dos podcasts como ferramenta lúdica e educativa podcast escolar : a turma da saúde e prevenção

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho propõe demonstrar a eficácia dos podcasts como ferramenta lúdica eeducativa, com foco na implementação prática de um projeto de produção de conteúdopor crianças. Trata-se de uma pesquisa-ação, que une teoria e prática, investigandocientificamente, em cooperação com os participantes, e tendo como meta transformaro cenário estudado. A pesquisa concentra-se em um grupo de estudantes de 8 a 9anos, cursando o 3º Ano A, da Escola Municipal São Luiz, abordando temas de saúdee prevenção. O estudo detalha as etapas metodológicas de um projeto de intervençãoque transforma os estudantes em protagonistas do processo de aprendizagem. Asfases do projeto incluem a seleção e formação dos participantes, a elaboração dosroteiros, a gravação, a edição, a postagem e a distribuição dos conteúdos emplataformas digitais. Este detalhamento visa não apenas validar o podcast como umrecurso pedagógico inovador, mas também fornecer um modelo replicável para outrasinstituições de ensino. A importância central deste projeto consiste em três basesfundamentais. Primeiramente, o podcast atua como um poderoso instrumento deletramento midiático, capacitando a criança a consumir e, mais importante, a produzirmídias na educação, de forma reflexiva e consciente. Realizando desse modo, aintersecção da educação e comunicação, desvendando a Educomunicação e o"aprender fazendo". Em segundo lugar, a natureza lúdica e envolvente do formato deáudio e vídeo facilita a retenção de informações complexas sobre saúde e prevenção,tornando o aprendizado mais significativo e divertido. Por fim, ao serem os próprioscriadores de conteúdo, as crianças se tornam agentes multiplicadores de hábitossaudáveis em seus lares e comunidades. A produção de podcasts sobre temas comosaúde e prevenção de doenças na infância é, portanto, uma estratégia pedagógicaque vai além da sala de aula, promovendo a saúde de forma ativa e duradoura. Otrabalho conclui que a integração da produção de podcasts no currículo escolar nãosó enriquece o processo de ensino-aprendizagem, como também se estabelece comouma ferramenta eficaz na promoção de uma cultura de saúde, prevenção e bem-estardesde a infância

Abstract: This work aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of podcasts as a playful andeducational tool, focusing on the practical implementation of a content productionproject by children. It is an action research project that combines theory and practice,investigating scientifically in cooperation with the participants, and aiming to transformthe studied scenario. The research focuses on a group of students aged 8 to 9, in the3rd Grade A, at the São Luiz Municipal School, addressing health and preventiontopics. The study details the methodological steps of an intervention project that5transforms students into protagonists of the learning process. The project phasesinclude the selection and training of participants, the development of scripts, recording,editing, posting, and distribution of content on digital platforms. This detailed analysisaims not only to validate the podcast as an innovative pedagogical resource but alsoto provide a replicable model for other educational institutions. The central importanceof this project lies in three fundamental aspects. Firstly, the podcast acts as a powerfulmedia literacy tool, empowering children to consume and, more importantly, to producemedia in education in a reflective and conscious way. In this way, it achieves theintersection of education and communication, unveiling Educommunication and"learning by doing." Secondly, the playful and engaging nature of the audio and videoformat facilitates the retention of complex information about health and prevention,making learning more meaningful and fun. Finally, by becoming the content creatorsthemselves, children become agents for spreading healthy habits in their homes andcommunities. The production of podcasts on topics such as childhood health anddisease prevention is, therefore, a pedagogical strategy that goes beyond theclassroom, actively and sustainably promoting health. This work concludes thatintegrating podcast production into the school curriculum not only enriches theteaching-learning process but also establishes itself as an effective tool in promoting aculture of health, prevention, and well-being from childhood
