Jornalismo científico : análise discursiva do ethos da Revista Superinteressante e do Jornal da USP

Abstract

Resumo: A partir do arcabouço teórico da Análise do Discurso de linha francesa, sob a perspectiva de base enunciativa alicerçada, principalmente, em Dominique Maigueneau, propomos um estudo sobre a construção da imagem dos enunciadores e, por consequência, dos co-enunciatários dos veículos digitais de jornalismo científico Revista Superinteressante e Jornal da USP. Para identificar essas questões, utilizamos os conceitos de cenas da enunciação, de ethos e de pathos - configurando a imagem do enunciador e a imagem do enunciatário determinadas pela materialidade linguística do discurso. Pelo fato de os veículos selecionados terem caráter distinto quanto à origem, à destinação e ao propósito, a estratégia discursiva adotada pode ser divergente em alguns aspectos, assim como os públicos aos quais se destinam. Com base em análises na materialidade linguística de um corpus específico, comparamos as características enunciativas e discursivas encontradas em cada um dos veículos, suas diferenças e semelhanças e como elas contribuem para a formação do ethos discursivo de ambos.

Abstract: Based on the theoretical framework of French Discourse Analysis, under the perspective of an enunciative base grounded, mainly, in Dominique Maigueneau, we propose a study on the construction of the image of the enunciators and, consequently, of the co-enunciators of the digital vehicles of scientific journalism Revista Superinteressante and Jornal da USP. To identify these issues, we used the concepts of enunciation scenes, ethos and pathos - configuring the enunciator's image and the enunciatee's image determined by the linguistic materiality of the discourse. Due to the fact that the selected vehicles have different characteristics in terms of origin, destination and purpose, the adopted discursive strategy can be divergent in some aspects, as well as the audiences to which they are intended. Based on analyzes of the linguistic materiality of a specific corpus, we compare the enunciative and discursive characteristics found in each of the vehicles, their differences and similarities and how they contribute to the formation of the discursive ethos of both.
