Diagnóstico da estrutura de marketing de uma distribuidora de grande porte do Sul do Brasil

Abstract

Resumo: O presente estudo refere-se ao diagnóstico da estrutura de marketing de uma distribuidora de grande porte do sul do Brasil. Foi utilizado como base as teorias de marketing e de estrutura organizacional. A metodologia de pesquisa utilizada foi a pesquisa-ação, uma abordagem de pesquisa que pode ser altamente eficaz na resolução de problemas práticos. As principais limitações encontradas no estudo foram relacionadas à estrutura organizacional e ao pricing. Por fim, foram propostas melhorias com a reestruturação organizacional com a criação da área de marketing estratégico e a implementação da área de princing.

Abstract: The present study refers to the diagnosis of the marketing structure of a large distribution company in the south of Brazil. The theories of marketing and organizational structure were used as a basis. The research methodology used was action research, a research approach that can be highly effective in solving practical problems. The main limitations found in the study were related to the organizational structure and pricing. Finally, improvements were proposed with the organizational restructuring with the creation of the strategic marketing area and the implementation of the pring area.
