A organização escolar : a análise da escola primária paranaense no período de 1930 a 1945

Abstract

Resumo: A proposta deste trabalho é discutir a política educacional do Governo do Estado do Paraná no período de 1930 a 1945, no que se refere à organização escolar do ensino primário. Apresenta o contexto sócio-político e econômico do período estabelecendo a relação entre o papel social da escola e as mudanças ocorridas na sociedade. Analisa a organização escolar, esclarecendo o funcionamento das escolas primárias, suas atribuições e regulamentações. Relaciona a ausência de oferta de vagas, o fluxo escolar e a formação docente com as deficiências econômicas do Estado. Apresenta os programas escolares e investiga suas propostas curriculares.

Abstract: The proposition of this research discusses the educational politics of the governiment of the stat of Paraná. In the period from 1930 to 1945, concerning to primary school organization. It presents the economic and politics context of that period, setting the relation between the social role of the school and the changes that took place in that society. It examines the school organization, clarifying the way primary sochools funcioned, their atributions and rules. It also conects the lack of school vacancies, school flow and the theachers formation with the economic deficiecies of the state. It presents the school programs and examines their curricular propositions.
