    Abstract

In this context of change, the practice developed in the school is to be questioned, accused of not fulfilling the role expected of it: as training students for new challenges triggered by these changes. The question about the quality of education afforded to students raises critical for teachers responsible for the mediation of knowledge, and teacher training institutions, not to prepare them for the development of an effective practice. This search constitutes a process of Continuing Education. The Formation of the teachers should not be restricted to sporadic courses, but to establish a permanent dynamic proposed by the Pedagogical Political Project, built with the involvement of all education professionals.
