As significações da docência na educação infantil : experiências de mulheres em Ijuí

Abstract

Resumo: Este estudo teve como objetivo conhecer, analisar e verificar a construção das significações que permeiam a prática de professoras da educação infantil, experiências de mulheres, em Ijuí. O desenvolvimento de tal estudo teve como campo de pesquisa a rede municipal de ensino de Ijuí/RS, num total de sete professoras, tendo três escolas envolvidas. Este trabalho buscou perceber a formação das representações instituídas e também instituístes que envolvem a condição institucional de professoras, oportunizando o conhecimento a respeito de inúmeros elementos que fazem parte do contexto educacional, decorrentes das historias de vida. Com a reconstrução da história dos indivíduos, buscou-se o estabelecimento dos elos da cadeia de relações que essas professoras mantêm com o conhecimento e a maneira pela qual atribuíram e atribuem significado às situações da vida escolar. Pelas histórias particulares procurou-se aproximação com a história do coletivo ao qual pertencem estes indivíduos, a categoria profissional de professora. Igualmente identificar nas próprias práticas e atitudes, as escolhas, motivos, determinações e influências que permearam e permeiam a vida profissional. Esses relatos favoreceram o redimensionamento das experiências de formação e das trajetórias profissionais dessas professoras e pode contribuir para que se encontre novas opções e novos modos de conduzir o ensino. Os relatos de vida também oportunizam que os sujeitos pesquisados, ao narrarem sua vida, reflitam sobre as imagens do seu passado, não para ficarem presos a ele, mas para poderem refletir sobre sua profissão, sua maneira de ser, atuar, ensinar, educar, hoje.

Abstract: This study had as objective to know, to analyze and to verify the construction of the significances that you/they permeate the teachers' of the infantile education practice, women's experiences, in Ijui. The development of such a study had as research field the municipal net of teaching of Ijui/RS, in a total of seven teachers, tends three involved schools. This work looked for to notice the formation of the instituted representations and also to institute that involves the teachers' institutional condition, to opportunity the knowledge regarding countless elements that are part of the educational context, current of the life histories. With the reconstruction of the individuals' history, the establishment of the links of the chain of relationships was looked for that those teachers maintain with the knowledge and the way for the which you/they attributed and they attribute meaning to the situations of the school life. For the private histories approach was sought with the history of the bus to which you/they belong these individuals, teacher's professional category. Equally to identify in the own practices and attitudes, the choices, reasons, determinations and influences that permeated and they permeate the professional life. Those reports favored the redimensionate of the formation experiences and of the those teachers' professional trajectories and it can contribute so that he/she meets new options and new manners of driving the teaching The life reports also opportunity that the researched subjects, to the they narrate its life, contemplate on the images of its past, not for they be arrested to him, but for they could contemplate on its profession, its personality, to act, to teach, to educate, today.
