Metafísica e metamorfose n'a paixão segundo G.H.
Palavras-chave: A paixão segundo G.H.; Clarice Lispector; metafísica; metamorfose; inumano. Abstract: There is a common claim amongst Clarice Lispector's critics that identifies a metaphysical scope in her work. A premise of my thesis is that a similarity between Kant's 'problem of metaphysics' and Lispector's "search for the thing" is presupposed in this recurring critical judgment. This issue will be addressed through an examination of 'The passion according to G.H.'. I will start from a Kantian framework, but the fate of the "thing" in Lispector's novel will be radically different than that in the work of the philosopher. The aim of this thesis will be to show how, in the literary form of the novel, another metaphysics is outlined, one made from a nonhuman point of view. Keywords: The Passion According to G.H.; Clarice Lispector; metamorphosis; metaphysics; nonhuman.
