    Abstract
    Resumo : Este artigo foi desenvolvido a partir da realização de uma pesquisa exploratória, qualitativa e descritiva com trabalhadores de uma empresa siderúrgica onde foram considerados os conceitos de Musicoterapia Organizacional, Bem-Estar e de Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT). O estudo teve como objetivo compreender o impacto da Musicoterapia Organizacional na percepção dos trabalhadores em relação ao Bem-Estar e a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT). As opiniões, reações e discursos a respeito desta prática inédita na organização demonstraram resultados significativos no gerenciamento do estresse, na melhoria da comunicação e integração das pessoas de diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos. Diante disso, constatou-se que a inserção da Musicoterapia Organizacional no ambiente laboral influencia diretamente no bem-estar dos trabalhadores e pode ser inserida como instrumento coadjuvante para propiciar um melhor nível de qualidade de vida no trabalho.
     
    Abstract : This paper was developed from an exploratory, descriptive and qualitative survey with workers at a steel company which were considered the concepts of Organizational Music Therapy, wellness and quality of working life. The study aimed to understand the impact of Organizational Music Therapy on perception of workers in relation to well-being and quality of working life. The opinions, reactions and speeches about this unprecedented practice in the organization have shown significant results in managing stress, improving communication and integration of people from different areas and hierarchical levels. Thus, it was found that the insertion of Organizational Music Therapy in the work environment directly influences the well-being of workers and can be inserted as a supporting tool to provide a better quality of life at work.
