Abstract

Resumo: As potencialidades entre a arte e política para informar a criação de direitos é o problema central da presente pesquisa. Contudo para não rea lizar apenas uma travessia teórica optou-se por partir de experiências artísticos-politicas, especial as teatrais que se desenvolveram durante o período do regime militar no Brasil: Opinião e Dzi Croquettes. Situando a ação desses grupos de teatro, suas relações teóricas teatrais e políticas e o seu enfrentamento com o aparelho de censura da Ditadura Militar, se delimitara concretamente as contribuições de ambos os grupos para o contorno do que entendemos como Resistência Democrática no campo da cultura. Posteriormente, utilizando de categorias conceituais das filosofias da resistência dialética e vitalista, bem como seus reflexos em propostas prático teóricas teatrais, identificaremos as diferenças e semelhanças dos seus respectivos processos de resistência, culminando naquilo que podemos entender de um devir, linha de fuga diante do Estado. Entendendo que o Estado se apresenta em seu formato jurídico, o que se questiona é como essas resistências criam disrupções daquilo que chamamos de um Direito Maior perante esses devires. Para criar direitos para estas novas subjetividades de existência, se apresenta imprescindível minoração do Direito. Este Direito 'menor' se realiza no entre ( ) logos e nomos. Com a experimentação do Direito, esgotando palavras, dissipando a imagem e potencializando o espaço, temos então a criação de devires-direitos.

Abstract: The potential between art and politics to inform the creation of rights is the central problem of this research. But not to hold only a theoretical crossing chose to from artistic-political, special theatrical experiences that developed during the period of military rule in Brazil: Opinion and Dzi Croquettes. Situating the action of these theater groups, their theatrical theoretical relationships and policies and their coping with the censorship apparatus of the military dictatorship, it delimits precisely the contributions of both groups to the outline of what we understand as Democratic resistance in the field of culture. Later, using the conceptual categories of the philosophies of resistance dialectic and vita listic and their reflections in theatrical theoretical practical proposals, identify the differences and similarities of the respective processes of resistance, culminating in what we can understand a becoming, drain line before the State . Understanding that the State has in it legal form, what is questioned is how these resistances create disruptions what we call a Major Law before these becomings. To create rights for these new subjectivities of existence, it presents essential mitigation of law. This law 'minar' takes place in between ( ) logos and nomos. With the triai of law, exhausting words, dispelling the image and enhancing the space, so we have to create becomings-rights.
