Questão agrária e insurgências na América Latina

Abstract

Resumo: A tese que se presenta tem como objetivo estudar a persistente Questão Agrária e as insurgências na América Latina que se desencadeiam e permanecem a partir do descobrimento/encobrimento do projeto eurocêntrico de colonização e colonialidade, por sua vez, amarrado na expansão comercial e mercantil do capitalismo. Na busca das determinações que compõem o todo, densifica a conjugação do ensino jurídico como mediação analítica de compreensão do fenômeno e como chave de leitura para questões que orbitam o núcleo da tese, tais como a captura da terra pelo direito de propriedade e a teoria crítica dos direitos humanos para embasar uma práxis libertadora. Para tanto, opta-se por uma "caminhada" que parte do método dialético em direção ao analético, visto que a dialética aclara as contradições e resistências que marcam a história dos conflitos e conflitualidade, que nunca deixaram de campear a agrariedade no Continente, e, por sua vez, a analética, momento de superação da dialética, revela toda especificidade e potencialidade da insurgência latinoamericana, cujo protagonismo vem de um sujeito (humano) histórico improvável, isto é, do "Outro" indígena, negro, escravo, campesino, oprimido. O aprofundamento da abordagem crítica recorre ao aporte teórico das categorias do marxismo, valendo-se das contribuições de Karel Kosik, Frantz Fanon, Mariátegui, Dussel, e de pensadores brasileiros, dentre eles, Clóvis Moura, Caio Prado, Marini e Darcy Ribeiro. O estudo conclui que a Filosofia da Libertação e o pensamento descolonial, perpassados pela dialética e pela analética, aponta não só a desocultadação das invisibilidades e pseudoconcreticidades do encobrimento real e epistemológico, mas direciona a insurgência da práxis descolonial do saber e do poder, a ser realizada pelos pobres e oprimidos, os "levantados do chão" da América Latina. Abstract: The thesis that is presented have the objective to study the persistent agrarian question and it insurgencies in Latin America that were triggered and remains from the disseverment / cover up by the Eurocentric project of colonization and coloniality, in turn, tied in the commercial and mercantile expansion of capitalism. In the search of the determinations that compod an all, densifies the conjuction of juridical education as analytical mediation for comprehension of the phenomenon and as a reading key to the questions that orbit the nucleus of the thesis, such as the capture of land by the rights of property, the critical theory from human rights to base a liberating praxis. Therefore, it opts for a "walk" that part of the dialetical method in direction to analetica since the dialectic lightens the contradictions, resistances that mark the history of conflicts and conflictualities that never stopped ground the agrarian issues on the continent, and, in turn, the analetica, moment that superate the dialectic reveals all specificity and potential of the Latin American insurgency, whose leadership comes from a subject (human) historical improbable, this is, the "other" indigenous, black, slave, peasant, opressed. The deepening critical approach refers to the theoretical contribution of Marxism categories, based on the contributions of Karel Kosik, Frantz Fanon, Mariátegui, Dussel, and Brazilian thinkers, among them, Clovis Moura, Caio Prado, Marini e Darcy Ribeiro. The study concludes that philosophy of liberation and de-colonial thinking, permeated by the dialectics and the analetica, points not only disocultutation the invisibilities and pseudoconcreticity of real and epistemological, but directs to insurgencies of colonial praxis of knowledge and power, to be performed by the poor and oppressed, the "raised from the ground" of Latin America.
