A inclusão do deficiente auditivo no mercado de trabalho

Abstract

Resumo: Onde esta o profissional deficiente auditivo? Este estudo busca encontrar o profissional DA, no mercado de trabalho do município de Quitandinha. Para concretização desta busca este pesquisador teve que percorrer os caminhos do conhecimento, o que é a surdez, quais as suas causas, quais as características do portador de deficiência auditiva.Descobrir o seu ‘idioma’, como se processa a sua integração com os ouvintes, sua vocação sócio-ocupacional, uma pequena visão de sua historia, de suas lutas e de suas conquistas. Conhecendo um pouco mais sobre o DA e suas conquistas foi necessário, então, verificar suas vitórias legais, quais as leis que regulamentam sua inclusão no ensino regular, e dos portadores de necessidades especiais também no mercado de trabalho e experiências tanto de inclusão escolar ou no mercado de trabalho que são sucesso e exemplo para todos.Para completar este estudo foi realizada pesquisa de campo, para verificar como esta ocorrendo a inclusão do DA em Quitandinha. Foram efetuadas entrevistas com alunos de sala especial para DA, sua professora ouvinte e professora DA que atua como interprete, e com seus colegas de classe que freqüentam no ensino regular, procurou verificar como analisam a qualidade de ensino que recebem, se acreditam estar preparados para o mercado de trabalho, quais as dificuldades que enfrentam no seu dia a dia e se existem barreiras que impeçam sua colocação profissional. Este pesquisador procurou verificar se o mercado de trabalho esta pronto ou se existem barreiras para plena inclusão do DA, foram realizadas entrevistas dirigidas com empresários, onde puderam expor seus receios, suas duvidas e por que suas empresas não têm funcionários DA. Ao procurar o profissional DA no município de Quitandinha, este pesquisador pode encontrar apenas dois além da professora interprete da sala especial. Os resultados mostraram que muito esta sendo feito no setor de educação para plena inclusão do DA no ensino regular, mas que o mercado de trabalho precisa se reciclar e criar mecanismos para que o DA, tenha como qualquer cidadão o seu direito ao trabalho, onde possa provar seus méritos e valor profissiona

Abstract: Where is the hearing impaired professional? This síudy seeks to find the Hl1 professional in Quitandinha County’s job market. To compile this study the researcher had to search along the paths of Knowledge; what is deafness, what are its causes, what are the characteristics of the hearing impaired. Discover their íanguage, how their inclusion with the Hl is taking place, their social-occupational vocation, a small look at their history, their battles and their victories. To get to know a líttle more about the Hl and people with other special needs and their victories, is was necessary to examine their legal conquests, which laws regulate their inclusion in regular educatíon or the job market, and school and job market success stories that s serve as an example for everyone. To complete this study field research was done to examine how the inclusion of the Hl is taking place in Quitandinha. Intervíews were held with students from a special class for the Hl, their hearing teacher, and the Hl teacher that acts as an interpreter and with classmates that attend regular education. The researcher examined how they analyze the quality of education that they receive, if they believe them selves to be prepared for the job market, what difficulties they face in their day-to-day life, and it there are barríers that impede their professional placement. The researcher tried to verify if the job market is ready for or if there exists barriers to the full inclusion of the Hl. Intervíews directed toward employers where done is which they could express their concerns, doubts, and why their busínesses do not have Hí employees. In lookíng for the Hl professional in Quitandinha the researcher could find only two, besides the teacher-interpreter from the special class. The results show that much is being done in the educational sector for the complete inclusion of the Hl in regular education, but that the job market must be recycled and create mechanisms so that the Hl have, as any other Citizen, their right to jobs where they can prove their merits and professional worth
