Abstract

Resumo : Este projeto visa desenvolver a análise de um projeto econômico-financeiro do estabelecimento de um serviço de esporte aquático (Wake Park), em Uberlândia, Minas Gerais. A fim de concluir sobre a viabilidade ou não do projeto serão utilizados: análise qualitativa da demanda e oferta do serviço, delimitando o seu mercado de aderência; determinação da localização da associação; mecanismos contábeis e financeiros, que permitem visualizar a evolução da associação desde sua implantação até a sua maturação e, portanto, projetar o retorno do investimento. Tendo por base o referencial teórico de análise de investimentos e pesquisa de campo, elabora-se um plano de negócios para os próximos cinco anos e chega-se à conclusão que o empreendimento é viável economicamente, apresentando uma TIR de 8,6141% ao mês

Abstract : This project aims to develop an economic-financial analysis for establishing a water sports service (Wake Park) in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais. To assess the feasibility of the project, the following will be utilized: a qualitative analysis of the demand and supply for the service, defining its target market; determination of the ideal location; and accounting and financial mechanisms that allow for visualizing the project’s evolution from its inception to maturity, thereby projecting the return on investment. Based on the theoretical framework of investment analysis and field research, a business plan is developed for the next five years, concluding that the enterprise is economically viable, with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 8,6141% a month
