Plano técnico de regularização ambiental e implantação de viveiro de mudas nativas para recomposição da reserva legal e app na área do córrego do jumento : Carandaí/MG

Abstract

Resumo: O presente relatório técnico tem como objetivo apresentar um plano de regularização ambiental para a área do Córrego do Jumento, localizada no município de Carandaí-MG, com base na recomposição de 11,92 hectares de Reserva Legal e 0,31 hectares de Área de Preservação Permanente (APP), conforme identificado no Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR). A metodologia adotada incluiu a análise de dados cartográficos, visitas técnicas in loco, levantamento de espécies nativas e classificação do grau de degradação das áreas. Com base nesse diagnóstico, foram propostas técnicas de recomposição florestal adaptadas a três níveis de degradação, utilizando espécies do bioma Mata Atlântica. Além disso, o trabalho propôs a implantação de um viveiro municipal de mudas nativas, previsto na Lei Orgânica do Município, com estrutura mínima e capacidade de produção anual estimada em 10 a 15 mil mudas. Os resultados apontam que a execução integrada da recomposição florestal e do viveiro representa uma medida estratégica viável, que contribui para o cumprimento da legislação ambiental, a proteção dos recursos hídricos e o fortalecimento institucional da gestão ambiental local

Abstract: This technical report presents an environmental regularization plan for the Córrego do Jumento area, located in the municipality of Carandaí-MG, based on the restoration of 11.92 hectares of Legal Reserve and 0.31 hectares of Permanent Preservation Area (APP), as identified in the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR). The methodology included cartographic data analysis, field visits, native species survey and classification of the degradation levels. Based on this diagnosis, reforestation techniques were proposed for three degradation categories, using native species of the Atlantic Forest biome. Additionally, the report proposes the implementation of a municipal native seedling nursery, as established by the Municipal Organic Law, with basic infrastructure and an estimated annual production capacity of 20,000 seedlings. The results indicate that the integrated execution of the reforestation plan and the nursery is a feasible strategic measure that contributes to legal compliance, protection of water resources and institutional strengthening of local environmental management
