O eco e oikos de Hilda Hilst : uma análise crítica de Fluxo-floema

Abstract

Resumo: Esta tese investiga as interações entre literatura e meio ambiente, especialmente em relação à obra Fluxo-Foema de Hilda Hilst. O estudo enfatiza a necessidade de um engajamento da produção e da crítica literária na reflexão ecológica, promovendo uma leitura atualizada da obra de Hilda Hilst. A pesquisa focaliza o impacto da Casa do Sol no processo criativo da autora, considerando a influência do ambiente natural e sua representação como espaço de reclusão e liberdade criativa. A análise concentra-se na prosa de Hilst, especialmente Fluxo-Floema (1970), destacando como o espaço se entrelaça à experiência e à estética da escritora. O estudo recorre à ecocrítica anglófona, mas expande sua abordagem por meio da teoria ecosófica de Félix Guattari, integrando dimensões ambiental, social e mental. Dessa forma, a pesquisa examina a relação entre literatura, subjetividade e meio ambiente, explorando como Hilst constrói sentidos que desafiam fronteiras entre humano e não-humano, sagrado e profano. A análise revela uma obra densa em simbolismos, diálogos intertextuais e reflexões filosóficas que se comunicam com a ecologia

Abstract: This thesis investigates the interactions between literature and the environment, analyzing how narratives reflect and influence ecological issues. The study emphasizes the need for both literary production and criticism to engage with ecological reflection, promoting a renewed reading of Hilda Hilst’s work. The research focuses on the impact of the Casa do Sol on the author’s creative process, considering the influence of the natural environment and its representation as a space of both seclusion and creative freedom. The analysis concentrates on Hilst’s prose, particularly Fluxo-Floema (1970), highlighting how space intertwines with the writer’s experience and aesthetics. The study draws on Anglophone ecocriticism but expands its approach through Félix Guattari’s ecosophical theory, integrating environmental, social, and mental dimensions. Thus, the research examines the relationship between literature, subjectivity, and the environment, exploring how Hilst constructs meanings that challenge the boundaries between human and non-human, sacred and profane. The analysis reveals a work rich in symbolism, intertextual dialogues, and philosophical reflections that engage with ecology
