Discurso de professores sobre suas experiências com o Farol do Saber e Inovação Móvel no Projeto Pesquisa-Ação na Escola (PAE)

Abstract

Resumo: Esta pesquisa teve como ponto de partida a inquietação da pesquisadora diante das inovações implementadas na Educação Infantil pela Prefeitura Municipal de Curitiba (PMC). No ano de 2022, a unidade escolar em que a pesquisadora atuava recebeu o "Farol do Saber e Inovação Móvel", uma versão compacta dos já conhecidos Faróis do Saber e Inovação da PMC. Com a implementação no mesmo ano do Projeto Pesquisa-Ação na Escola (PAE) em parceria com Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES), foi criada uma oportunidade para aprimorar práticas escolares. Este projeto visa estreitar a relação entre a escola pública municipal e as instituições de formação, permitindo que os professores escolham temas de trabalho e os submetam à apreciação das instituições mantenedoras para orientação. Diante deste cenário, a pesquisa se propôs a analisar os discursos das professoras que participaram do PAE com a temática do Farol do Saber e Inovação Móvel, buscando identificar planejamentos que envolvam pesquisa, inovação e criatividade nos CMEIs da Prefeitura Municipal de Curitiba. O objetivo central é compreender a perspectiva dos professores sobre as contribuições dos materiais introduzidos pela PMC. Refletindo sobre a importância das Tecnologias Digitais da Informação e Comunicação (TDICs) como recurso educacional. A pesquisa é guiada pela seguinte questão: O que se manifesta nos discursos de professores participantes do Projeto Pesquisa-Ação na Escola (PAE) de 2022 a 2023, após a utilização do Farol do Saber e Inovação Móvel na Educação Infantil em Curitiba? A análise das práticas desenvolvidas busca não apenas aprimorar o trabalho dos professores, mas também explorar abordagens inovadoras de ensino que promovam experiências significativas e relevantes para todas as idades, visando uma educação de qualidade que estimule os profissionais a refletirem sobre suas práticas e a utilizarem diversas ferramentas e linguagens para experimentação, interação e descoberta. Os principais resultados revelam que os professores valorizam o uso do Farol do Saber e Inovação Móvel na Educação Infantil por seu potencial de promover o aprendizado investigativo e o engajamento das crianças. No entanto, enfrentam desafios como falta de formação continuada, escassez de profissionais e ausência de tempo para planejamento adequado

Abstract: This research was sparked by the researcher’s unease regarding the innovations implemented in Early Childhood Education by the Municipal Government of Curitiba (PMC). In 2022, the school where the researcher worked received the "Mobile Lighthouse of Knowledge and Innovation," a compact version of the well-known Lighthouses of Knowledge and Innovation created by the PMC. That same year, the implementation of the School-Based Action Research Project (PAE), in partnership with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), provided an opportunity to enhance school practices. This project aims to strengthen the relationship between municipal public schools and teacher training institutions, allowing teachers to select work themes and submit them to the partner institutions for guidance. In this context, the research set out to analyze the discourses of teachers who participated in the PAE, focusing on the theme of the Mobile Lighthouse of Knowledge and Innovation. The aim was to identify educational planning that involves research, innovation, and creativity in the CMEIs (Municipal Centers for Early Childhood Education) of Curitiba. The central goal is to understand teachers' perspectives on the contributions of the materials introduced by the PMC, reflecting on the importance of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICTs) as educational tools. The research is guided by the following question: What is expressed in the discourses of teachers who participated in the 2022–2023 School-Based Action Research Project (PAE), after the use of the Mobile Lighthouse of Knowledge and Innovation in Early Childhood Education in Curitiba? The analysis of the practices developed seeks not only to improve teachers’ work but also to explore innovative teaching approaches that promote meaningful and relevant experiences for all age groups. The goal is to ensure quality education that encourages professionals to reflect on their practices and to use diverse tools and languages for experimentation, interaction, and discovery. The main findings reveal that teachers value the use of the Mobile Lighthouse of Knowledge and Innovation in Early Childhood Education for its potential to foster investigative learning and children's engagement. However, they face challenges such as a lack of ongoing professional development, a shortage of staff, and insufficient time for proper planning
