Abstract

Resumo: O avanço das tecnologias, como a internet, prop1c1am a evolução na forma das interações sociais, através do sistema de redes. As redes sociais na internet representam um significativo fenômeno na sociedade atual e, por esse motivo, objetivou-se estudar as interações proporcionadas por esse sistema para a comunicação, em especial, para o profissional de Relações Públicas. A partir da análise do caso Tecnisa Ideias discutiu-se os desafios que o profissional de Relações Públicas tem diante de novas tecnologias e ferramentas. Justamente por ser conhecido como dinâmico, acostumado a adaptar-se a diferentes situações, pessoas, ambientes e contextos, pode ser peça-chave para a comunicação eficiente no ambiente on line

Abstract: The advance of technology, with the Internet, provides the evolution, such as social interaction, by network systems. The social networks on Internet represents a significant phenomenon on today's society and, because of this, the importance of studying the interactions provided by this system for communication, specially for a Public Relation professional. With the analysis of the case "Tecnisa Ideias" it is intended to discuss the challenges that the PR professional have with the new technologies and toais, for it being acknowledged as dynamic, used to adjusting to different situation, people, environments and contexts, it can be a key for the efficient communication on the online environment
