A instrumentalização do prazer enquanto canal de resistência e suas repercussões político-jurídicas : uma análise das pornochanchadas no Brasil ditatorial

Abstract

Resumo: O trabalho resgata a filmografia das pornochanchadas brasileiras, produzidas sob o contexto da Ditadura Militar, a fim de analisar as interações existentes entre resistência e censura. O aparato jurídico autoritário, representado pela Divisão de Censura de Diversões Públicas (DCDP), verticalizou-se sobre o cinema cômico-erótico pautando a defesa da moral e dos bons costumes, tendo em vista que a liberdade do prazer sexual externalizada pelos filmes atentava contra o tradicionalismo familiar e a ordem ditatorial. Não obstante, sob o crivo de Judith Butler, Michel Foucault e François Ost, o estudo objetiva levantar a hipótese de majoração da amplitude da natureza dessa atividade resistiva, com efeitos políticos implícitos que vão além da natureza sexual explícita. Para fins de fundamentação, a pesquisa aborda a relação do direito com as figuras temporais da memória e da promessa, demonstrando o potencial de instrumentalização da estrutura jurídica e da linguagem em governos autoritários, capazes de delimitar a memória coletiva e destruir promessas reacionárias - operações que Ost designa como destemporalizações. Conclui-se que o direito, em tais contextos, degenera-se e o sexo dota-se de caráter eminentemente político, à medida que a defesa da liberdade no âmbito do prazer carrega consigo força motriz capaz de expandi-la para outras searas da existência, constituindo uma resistência política propriamente dita

Abstract: The paper revisits the filmography of Brazilian pornochanchadas, produced under the context of the Military Dictatorship, in order to analyze the interactions between resistance and censorship. The authoritarian legal apparatus, represented by the Division of Censorship of Public Entertainment (DCDP), focused on comic-erotic cinema defending morals and good customs, since the freedom of sexual pleasure expressed in the films challenged family traditionalism and the dictatorial order. Nevertheless, through the lens of Judith Butler, Michel Foucault and François Ost, the study aims to raise the hypothesis of an expansion in the scope of the mentioned resistive activity, with implicit political effects that go beyond the explicit sexual nature. For the purposes of its foundation, the research addresses the relationship between law and the temporal figures of memory and promise, demonstrating the potential for the instrumentalization of legal structures and language in authoritarian governments, capable of shaping collective memory and destroying reactionary promises - operations that Ost refers to as de-temporalizations. In such contexts, it is concluded that the law degenerates and sex acquires an eminently political character, as the defense of freedom in the realm of pleasure carries with it a driving force capable of expanding it to other spheres of existence, constituting a political resistance in itself
