Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho volta-se a investigação prática da nulidade de contratos que versam sobre agenciamento esportivo de atletas menores em formação, como é definido pelo art. 27-C, VI da Lei n°. 9.615/1998. O trabalho foca em entender os conceitos que cercam essa nulidade: (i) o que é a atividade de agenciamento esportivo, (ii) qual a natureza da formação esportiva para atletas menores de idade, (iii) o porquê é proibido a prática de agenciamento de atletas menores em formação, (iv) quais são as consequências práticas da atual legislação e (v) qual é a postura que se crê dever ser tomada diante dessa realidade, apresentando, também, todo metodologia e justificativa que cercam este trabalho

Abstract: The present work turns to the practical investigation of the nullity of contracts that deal with sports agency of minor athletes in training, as defined by art. 27-C, VI of Law n°. 9.615/1998. The work focuses, first of all, on understanding the concepts surrounding this nullity: (i) what is the activity of sports agency, (ii) what is the nature of sports training for under-aged athletes, (iii) why the practice of hiring minor athletes in training is prohibited, (iv) what are the practical consequences of the current legislation and (v) what is the stance that one believes should be taken in view of this reality, , also presenting all methodology and justification that surround this work
