Custo-aluno na educação infantil, uma análise nos CMEIS do município de Campo Magro

Abstract

Resumo : O presente trabalho aborda o tema que diz respeito ao custo-aluno na Educação Infantil, mais especificamente o custo-aluno de creche no município de Campo Magro. Para realiza-lo foi preciso fazer uma pesquisa de campo onde foi necessário efetuar o levantamento de dados no Portal da Transparência do município em conjunto com informações obtidas através Secretaria de Educação municipal, portanto sua metodologia é considerada exploratória e qualitativa. Para embasar a discussão acerca do custo-aluno, realizou-se então uma discussão em respeito ao direito à Educação, e em diálogo com outros pesquisadores desta mesma temática, foi estabelecida a intenção de fundamentar e tornar evidente o quão importante é saber o custo-aluno real para que a oferta da Educação seja efetiva e igualitária. O custoaluno obtido através deste levantamento de dados, evidenciou que realmente há uma pequena diferença na receita de cada uma das quatro instituições analisadas e indicou a necessidade de discutir parâmetros de oferta para a educação

Abstract : This work addresses the issue that concerns the student cost in Early Childhood Education, more specifically the student cost of daycare in the municipality of Campo Magro. To carry it out, it was necessary to carry out field research where it was necessary to collect data on the municipality's Transparency Portal in conjunction with information obtained through the municipal Education Department, therefore its methodology is considered exploratory and qualitative.
