Fios verde-sangue : o pensamento da floresta na literatura amazonense

Abstract

Resumo: Esta pesquisa é resultado de uma indagação sobre a possibilidade teórica da presença, na literatura amazonense, de obras literárias que, em suas representações da floresta, incluíssem uma construção geográfica e subjetiva em consonância com a visão de mundo dos povos habitantes da floresta, fossem eles indígenas, ribeirinhos ou seringueiros. O levantamento teórico e literário gerou uma proposta de investigação da representação de uma floresta simbolicamente densa e múltipla, capaz de absorver e produzir significados na literatura amazonense e na escrita originária da Amazônia. Tal proposição levou à criação de hipóteses ligadas às definições do termo "pensamento da floresta", fortemente ligado à vida de muitos povos ameríndios, como os Yanomami, os Krenak e os Jamamadi; bem como da expressão "metaliteratura ambiental", voltada para a significativa profusão de linguagens presentes na literatura indígena. Além disso, foram considerados como pontos organizadores, personagens e figuras da literatura amazonense que participam da composição e da história da floresta amazônica. Concentrando, assim, em capítulos, elementos como os rios, as plantas, os espíritos, os povos originários, mártires da preservação ambiental e seus diálogos com a ficção e, ocasionalmente, com a poesia amazonense e suas confluências

Abstract: This research is the result of an inquiry into the theoretical possibility of the presence, in Amazonian literature, of literary works that, in their representations of the forest, included a geographical and subjective construction in line with the worldview of the people who inhabit the forest, whether they were indigenous people, riverside dwellers or rubber tappers. The theoretical and literary survey generated a proposal to investigate the representation of a symbolically dense and multiple forest, capable of absorbing and producing meanings in Amazonian literature and in writing originating from the Amazon. This proposition led to the creation of hypotheses linked to the definitions of the term "forest thinking", strongly linked to the lives of many Amerindian peoples, such as the Yanomami, the Krenak and the Jamamadi; as well as the expression "environmental metaliterature", focused on the significant profusion of languages present in indigenous literature. Furthermore, characters and figures from Amazonian literature who participate in the composition and history of the Amazon forest were considered as organizing points. Thus concentrating, in chapters, elements such as rivers, plants, spirits, original peoples, martyrs of environmental preservation and his dialogues with fiction and, occasionally, with Amazonian poetry and its confluences
