Abstract

Resumo : O trabalho analisa o valor cultural do restaurante Bife Sujo, um marco da boemia curitibana desde sua fundação em 1976. Inicialmente um bar frequentado por artistas, intelectuais e boêmios, o local tornou-se símbolo de resistência cultural e política nas décadas de 1970 e 1980, com destaque para figuras como Paulo Leminski. Atualmente, o restaurante enfrenta desafios para preservar sua relevância diante das mudanças sociais e culturais. Por meio da produção de um documentário, o estudo busca resgatar a história e as memórias associadas ao Bife Sujo, destacando sua importância na formação da identidade cultural de Curitiba. A pesquisa inclui entrevistas com antigos frequentadores e personalidades, além de análise de documentos e imagens históricas. O trabalho objetiva também revitalizar o interesse pelo estabelecimento, promovendo-o como patrimônio cultural vivo e fonte de inspiração para iniciativas futuras

Abstract : The study analyzes the cultural significance of the restaurant Bife Sujo, a landmark of Curitiba's bohemian scene since its founding in 1976. Initially a bar frequented by artists, intellectuals, and bohemians, the venue became a symbol of cultural and political resistance during the 1970s and 1980s, with notable patrons such as Paulo Leminski. Currently, the restaurant faces challenges in preserving its relevance amidst social and cultural changes. Through the production of a documentary, the study aims to recover the history and memories associated with Bife Sujo, emphasizing its importance in shaping Curitiba's cultural identity. The research includes interviews with long-time patrons and personalities, as well as an analysis of documents and historical images. The work also seeks to revive public interest in the establishment, promoting it as a living cultural heritage and a source of inspiration for future initiatives
