Abstract: The present research sought to identify the manifestation of dispositions that characterize a specific teaching habitus of the EI professional in his teaching practice, as well as to list which learning is favored and built from the relationships established between the teachers, when exercising shared teaching. In the methodological paths covered in the production of this thesis it was opted for the accomplishment of a qualitative research with observation of the shared teaching, exercised by Early Childhood Education Professionals, working in CMEI in the city of Curitiba and by conducting semi-structured interviews with each of the teachers. Therefore, the research was conducted in two different CMEI’s, with a total of 6 (six) teachers. The data produced was presented and organized following the assumptions of the content analysis proposed by Bardin (2011) and grouped into the following categories of analysis: teaching learning, teaching habitus and shared teaching. The theoretical assumptions that underpinned the research regarding the teaching learning of Early Childhood Education Teachers are based on the contributions of Nóvoa (1997), Marcelo Garcia (1997, 1999), Day (2001), Formosinho (2009), Gomes (2009), OliveiraFormosinho (2011) and Rinaldi (2014). The discussion about the teaching habitus of ECE Teachers was based on Pierre Bourdieu and his sociological theory and the contributions of Elias (2018) and Setton (2009, 2011 and 2016). For the analysis of shared teaching in this stage of Basic Education, the contributions of Tardif and Lessard (2013), Salamanca (2011) and Hoyuelos (2019) were used. The entire volume of data produced was analyzed from the praxiological theory of Pierre Bourdieu (1983, 1996, 2001, 2004, 2011a, 2011b, 2011c, 2012, 2013, 2019), mainly from the concepts of habitus, field and capitals. The research findings confirm the thesis that the shared teaching in Early Childhood Education, exercised in the CMEI’s of Curitiba, is configured as an important socializing agency to the teachers who work in them, collaborating in the constitution of their teaching habitus, forged from a system of hybrid arrays. The data produced revealed that there is in EI, a specific way of being a teacher, a particular way of teaching, an explanatory principle of certain practices. Being exposed to a constant socialization process, such as shared teaching, favors the construction of diverse knowledge that tends to underpin teaching practice at this stage of education. It was also possible to position Early Childhood Education as a field, according to the bourdieusian perspective, understanding it as a structured space of positions occupied by different agents who live and coexist in a space of struggles, whose objective is the appropriation of the specific capital of the field.
