Abstract

Resumo : Está pesquisa busca problematizar os desafios que um gestor escolar deve administrar, para um trabalho de qualidade em relação aos conflitos que se manifestam nas relações cotidianas, focalizando o objeto da pesquisa na relação da gestão democrática X gestão autoritária. Traz também uma discussão sobre as relações e as disputas de poder.
