Otimização dos custos de frete para duas unidades consumidoras de madeira e várias fontes fornecedoras

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho tratou da minimização dos custos do transporte rodoviário florestal, através da programação linear inteira e otimização das rotas de transporte envolvendo duas unidades consumidoras de uma empresa florestal. Após a obtenção dos dados, foram elaborados dois cenários, quais sejam: Cenário I: levantamento do quadro atual da empresa, como subsídio comparativo após a racionalização e otimização das rotas e dos custos de frete; Cenário II: aplicação do modelo de transporte visando minimizar os custos de frete. Os resultados mostraram-se significativos, onde a otimização contribuiu para a redução do custo total do frete, traduzindo-se em ganhos na produção dos veículos e conseqüentemente no menor desembolso da empresa com fretes.

Abstract: This work dealt with the decreasent of the costs of the forest road transport, through the entire linear programming and optimization of the transport routes involving two units consumers of a forest company. After the attainment of the data, had been elaborated two scenes, which is: Scene I: survey of the current picture of the company, as comparative subsidy after the rationalization and optimization of the routes and the costs of freight; Scene II: application of the transport model aiming at to minimize the freight costs. The results had revealed significant, where the optimization contributed consequently for the reduction of the total cost of the freight, expressing itself profits in the production of the vehicles and in the lesser outlay of the company with freights.
