Análise da prática organizativa de hortas urbanas comunitárias em Curitiba

Abstract

Resumo: Essa dissertação tem o objetivo de compreender como se constitui a prática organizativa das Hortas Urbanas Comunitárias (HUC) a partir da análise das mediações histórico-cultural e da racionalidade prática que guia os sistemas de atividade significativos à HUC Prado Velho e HUC Rio Bonito. Procura revelar, portanto, os fundamentos da racionalidade que orienta a ação dos sujeitos engajados com a prática organizativa da HUC Prado Velho e HUC Rio Bonito. Tratase de uma pesquisa qualitativa, na qual são utilizadas técnicas variadas de coleta de dados, como entrevistas interativas e observação participante. A análise de dados se pauta na ferramenta teórico-empírica dos sistemas de atividade, apoiada pela análise dos sentidos e significados por meio das narrativas. Os resultados obtidos revelam que a prática organizativa das hortas - proporcionado pelo trabalho coletivo - facilita a aprendizagem dos sujeitos, os quais conseguem agir com maior autonomia e espontaneidade, o que faz com que modifiquem e criem novas formas de fazer; gerando um espaço em constante construção de aprendizagem. O estudo das mediações que permearam essa prática social foi essencial para a identificação e entendimento dos sentidos e significados característicos da HUC Prado Velho e HUC Rio Bonito, contribuindo para a compreensão ampla sobre a prática organizativa das organizações.

Abstract: This research aims to understand how the organizational practice of the Urban Community Gardens (UCG) is constituted from the analysis of socio-historical mediations and the practical rationality that guides the significant activity systems to the UCG Prado Velho and UCG Rio Bonito. It seeks to reveal, therefore, the foundations of rationality that guides the action of subjects engaged with the organizational practice of UCG Prado Velho and UCG Rio Bonito. It is a qualitative research, in which varied techniques of data collection are used, such as interactive interviews and participant observation. Data analysis is guided by the theoreticalempirical tool of activity systems, supported by the analysis of senses and meanings through narratives. The results obtained reveal that the organizational practice of gardens - provided by collective work - facilitates the learning of subjects, who are able to act with greater autonomy and spontaneity, which makes them modify and create new ways of doing; generating a space in constant construction of learning. The study of the mediations that permeated this social practice was essential for the identification and understanding of the meanings and meanings characteristic of UCG Prado Velho and UCG Rio Bonito, contributing to a broad understanding of the organizational practice of organizations.
