Vai mudar! : web-reportagem sobre a resistência dos coletivos LGBTQIA+ no futebol

Abstract

Resumo : A homofobia está presente estruturalmente no futebol. Nascido como um esporte masculino, o futebol por muitos anos oprimiu mulheres e pessoas LGBTQIA+ nos estádios, e os xingamentos homofóbicos foram naturalizados nesse ambiente. Mas na última década, diferentes agentes começaram a falar mais sobre o assunto, antes considerado tabu. Na sociedade como um todo, a pauta LGBTQIA+ ficou mais presente, marcas começaram a se posicionar e a LGBTfobia, antes normalizada, passou a ser vista como um problema. É nesse contexto que surgem as torcidas LGBTQIA+ no futebol. Essas torcidas, que também são coletivos, vem com um propósito de representar uma parcela dos torcedores que por muito tempo não foram bem-vindos. Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso é uma web-reportagem longform que busca trazer a atuação desses coletivos no futebol. A reportagem fala não somente dos torcedores LGBTQIA+ e dos seus grupos, mas também apresenta pautas sobre a homofobia no futebol em geral, o comportamento dos clubes e jogadores e o que as instituições estão fazendo para diminuir o preconceito nos estádios

Abstract: Homophobia is structurally present in soccer. Born as a male sport, football for many years oppressed women and LGBTQIA+ people in stadiums, and homophobic namecalling was naturalized in this environment. But in the last decade, different agents have started to talk more about the subject, which was previously considered taboo. In society, the LGBTQIA+ agenda became more present, brands began to take a stand and LGBTphobia, which was normalized before, started to be seen as a problem. It is in this context that LGBTQIA+ supporters in soccer emerge. These supporters, who are also collectives, come with the purpose of representing a portion of the fans who for a long time were not welcome. This Course Conclusion Work is a longform report that seeks to bring the performance of these collectives in soccer. The article talks not only about LGBTQIA+ fans and their groups, but also presents guidelines on homophobia in football in general, the behavior of clubs and players and what institutions are doing to reduce prejudice in stadiums
