| pt_BR |
dc.description.abstract | Abstract: Human Rights are guarantees of minimal lives, ignored life situations, missing living conditions. As a historical construction, human rights can be interpreted in different ways, in the legal way established by the rules and interpreted as a control device; through the conflict interpreted by social struggles; under the militant gaze, the pacifist gaze and the fascist gaze. They can also be interpreted in the Human Rights Education process through teachers who, through pedagogical activities, forge the realization of a discourse and practice of this process. Through cartographic analysis (KASTRUP, PASSOS, 2013), I problematize how Education in Human Rights - in the tendency to stop being just universal language or discourse - has been interpreted in the plans of some teachers who work in a certain municipal school in Curitiba. In this analysis of Human Rights Education, I bring a dialogue with the philosophy of difference (DELEUZE; GUATTARI; 1995, 2014), this study is mapped in three movements: territorialization, which situates the institutionalization processes of the relations between education and Human Rights; of deterritorialization that comes from the philosophy of difference, some concepts that are used for the purpose of founding the analysis, as is the case of minor literature (DELEUZE; GUATTARI, 2014) and minor education (GALLO, 2003, 2008; GALLO; FIGUEIREDO, 2015); to, in the last movement, of reterritorialization, present the analysis of the action plans carried out in a municipal school in Curitiba, between the years 2017 and 2019, with the objective of reflecting on the ways in which basic education professionals have received the need to adapt themselves in theoretical and methodological terms for the purpose of operating in basic education with and for Education in Human Rights. Recognizing the fragility of this educational process, I opted for an analysis that potentiated the teaching action, I looked through the prism of the biopower to the teachers' intentions, resignifying the difference and the multiplicity that make up the school's territory. | pt_BR |
