Design, vivência, estética e afetos : uma síntese teórica

Abstract

Resumo: Esta pesquisa, de cunho teórico, parte da seguinte pergunta: como definir a dimensão estética da vivência e suas relações com o design? Por meio de uma abordagem exploratória e com foco em pensamentos filosóficos que tratam de estética pela perspectiva imanentista, buscou-se aproximar os principais temas, vivência, estética e afetos, direcionando-os ao campo do design. O objetivo central consiste em elaborar uma síntese teórica acerca da dimensão estética da vivência. Esta pesquisa é dividida em quatro capítulos. No primeiro é delineada, por meio de um estudo bibliográfico e exploratório, a definição do estado da arte da vivência, aqui definida como sendo um tipo de experiência estética que se manifesta na relação homem-mundo, de modo singular e intensamente afetivo, bem como as bases para traçar a relação entre vivência e design. O segundo capítulo consiste em desenvolver uma revisão sobre a estética filosófica, aqui dividida em dois vieses distintos. O primeiro que privilegia o conceito de Belo universal (mais comum no campo do design), e o segundo que é pautado na perspectiva dos afetos (alinhado ao conceito de vivência). De cada viés são extraídos aspectos que formam cada uma das abordagens, aspectos que posteriormente são comparados e validados com a ideia de vivência, delimitando assim a dimensão estética da vivência. O terceiro capítulo trata especificamente do objetivo central desta pesquisa: a proposição de uma síntese teórica que abarque as questões centrais e suas relações. Por fim, o quarto e último capítulo propõe um exercício de interpretação da síntese teórica com o intuito de ilustrar seus conceitos. Abstract: This research, of theoretical nature, starts from the following question: how to define the aesthetic dimension of the experiencing and its relation with the design? Through an exploratory approach and centered on philosophical thoughts that deals with aesthetics through the immanentist perspective, it was sought to approach the main themes, experiencing, aesthetics and affections, directing them to the design field. The central objective is to elaborate a theoretical synthesis of the aesthetic dimension of the experiencing. This research is divided into four chapters. The first delineates, through a bibliographic and exploratory study, the definition of the state of the art of experiencing, defined here as a type of aesthetic experience that manifests itself in the relationship between man and the world, of singular way and intensely affective, as well as the bases to trace the relation between experiencing and design. The second chapter consists of developing a review of philosophical aesthetics, divided into two distinct biases. The first that favors the concept of universal Beauty (most common in the field of design), and the second that is based on the perspective of affections (aligned with the concept of life). From each bias are extracted aspects that form each of the approaches, aspects that are compared and validated with the idea of experiencing, thus delimiting the aesthetic dimension of experiencing. The third chapter specifically addresses the central goal of this research: the proposition of a theoretical synthesis that covers the central questions and their relations. Finally, the fourth and last chapter proposes an exercise of interpretation of the theoretical synthesis in order to illustrate its concepts.
