Evolução e incidência do custo do adesivo na composição do preço da madeira compensada de Pinus spp.

Abstract

Resumo: O Estado do Paraná historicamente possui íntima ligação com o setor florestal e atualmente este setor tem muita importância para o Estado. Desta forma, a avaliação produtiva e econômica do segmento madeira compensada de pinus é muito importante para o fortalecimento das indústrias do setor. O desdobramento e análise dos custos fixos e variáveis e das opções de mercado atualmente disponíveis para o segmento ajudarão a visualizar com mais clareza as dificuldades que as indústrias de compensado atualmente estão experimentando. No decorrer dos anos, o insumo adesivo, composto por farinha de trigo e resina fenólica, tem mantido sua posição na ordem de importância na composição do custo na fabricação do compensado, mas nos últimos três anos ele tem aumentado sua participação no preço do compensado, contrariamente, o preço do compensado tem diminuído acompanhando a desvalorização do Dólar frente ao Real e o comportamento do mercado em decorrência da crise financeira no mercado americano da qual o segmento não tem sido omisso. O composto adesivo tem uma participação importante na composição do custo do compensado, mas o seu valor não tem sido repassado pelo segmento no preço do produto acabado, pois apesar da sua importância, as variações de preços têm sido em conseqüência da falta de matéria prima. Em uma visão mais ampla, a variação do Dólar tem afetado a lucratividade das empresas do segmento, uma vez que as variações têm afetado fortemente o produto acabado e muito pouco os insumos que também respondem a variações dos índices internacionais, mas o valor referente à resina fenólica e farinha de trigo tem se manifestado de forma notória.

Abstract:The State of Parana has historically intimate connection with the forestry sector and now this sector has great importance for the state. Thus, the evaluation of economic and productive segment of pine plywood is very important for the strengthening of the sector's industries. The deployment and analysis of fixed and variable costs and options currently available to the market segment to help visualize more clearly the difficulties of the industries covered in pine are currently experiencing. Over the years, the input tape, consisting of wheat flour and phenolic resin, has maintained its position in order of importance in the composition of the cost in the manufacture of plywood, but in the last three years it has increased its participation in the price of plywood, contrary, the price of plywood has declined following the devaluation of the Dollar against the Real and the behavior of the market due to american financial crisis in wich the segment has not been silent. The adhesive compound is the bigger holding in the composition of the cost of plywood, but their value has not been passed by the segment in the price of the finished product, because despite its importance, the changes in prices have been due to the lack of raw material. In a broader view, the variation of the dollar has affected the profitability of companies in the segment, since the changes have strongly affected the finished product and very little the inputs that respond to changes in international rates, but the value on the resin phenolic and wheat flour has been shown so notorious.
