Planejamento urbano e vida cotidiana : fundamentos teórico-metodológicos para análises sócio-espaciais

Abstract

Resumo: O objetivo da pesquisa foi refletir e compreender criticamente algumas interlocuções e contribuições possíveis da teorização do conceito de vida cotidiana ao planejamento urbano, entendendo sua centralidade para o conhecimento da realidade urbana e, por isso, incontornável à integração de seus aspectos à sua prática, especialmente o diagnóstico e prognóstico urbanos que lidam com a apreensão, representações e projeções sobre a realidade sócio-espacial. Para isso, metodologicamente construiu-se um processo exploratório, analítico e sintético sobre esquemas conceituais, categorias, fundamentos e os seus desdobramentos para as análises sócio-espaciais do cotidiano no âmbito das cidades. Primeiro, buscou-se compreender e problematizar as ordens intelectual, lógica e prática do planejamento urbano em relação à apreensão da realidade urbana e à reprodução da vida cotidiana, considerando fatores internos, externos e estratégicos de realização do seu campo profissional e a necessidade de integração efetiva com o conceito de vida cotidiana do ponto de vista teórico-conceitual, analítico-ferramental, político-filosófico e técnicooperacional. Procedeu-se com a exploração, no arcabouço teórico sobre a vida cotidiana, dos esquemas conceituais gerais, as determinações fundamentais, as principais categorias e metodologias de análise e aproximação empregados na leitura sócio-espacial do cotidiano no âmbito das cidades, evidenciando a relação que possuem com as premissas da teoria crítica urbana. Por fim, buscou-se sistematizar e caracterizar mais detidamente algumas questões introdutórias acerca do processo teórico-metodológico de análise sócio-espacial do cotidiano urbano, iluminando-o com base na compreensão mais ampla do devir conceitual de vida cotidiana corroborado pelo conjunto das investigações.

Abstract: The objective of the research was to critically reflect and understand some possible interlocutions and contributions of the theorizing of the concept of everyday life to urban planning, understanding its centrality for the knowledge of urban reality and, therefore, essential to the integration of its aspects to its practice, especially the urban diagnosis and prognosis that deal with the apprehension, representations and projections about the socio-spatial reality. For this, methodologically, an exploratory, analytical and synthetic process was built on conceptual schemes, categories, foundations and their consequences for the socio-spatial analysis of everyday life in the context of cities. First, we sought to understand and problematize the intellectual, logical and practical orders of urban planning in relation to the apprehension of urban reality and the reproduction of everyday life, considering internal, external and strategic factors for the realization of their professional field and the need for integration effective with the concept of everyday life from a theoretical-conceptual, analytical-tool, politicalphilosophical and technical-operational point of view. It proceeded with the exploration, in the theoretical framework of everyday life, of the general conceptual schemes, the fundamental determinations, the main categories and methodologies of analysis and approximation used in the socio-spatial reading of daily life in the context of cities, highlighting the relationship that with the premises of critical urban theory. Finally, an attempt was made to systematize and more closely characterize some introductory questions about the theoretical-methodological process of socio-spatial analysis of urban everyday life, illuminating it based on a broader understanding of the conceptual becoming of everyday life supported by the set of investigations.
