Homens trans. Políticas de acesso e permanência. Transfobia estrutural. Micropolíticas de exclusão. Abstract: This research analyzed the relationships in which trans men undergraduate and graduate university students engage in an attempt to guarantee their access and permanence in the university space, whether public or private, as a social right to be fully achieved. To this end, four interviews were conducted with trans men who study or studied at universities in Curitiba. An analysis was also realized on the documents that regulate the policies of access and permanence of trans people in the institutions frequented by the research interlocutors. Other data were collected on institutional websites of the Ministry of Education of the Brazilian government, as well as on empirical data tabulated by trans researchers on the subject. The theoretical framework used notions of cisgenerity and cisnormativity, heteronormativity and structural racism for the reflection of the micropolitics of exclusion that contribute to the support of structural transphobia, which affects the student relationships of trans men in universities institutions. Theories by Foucault and gender theories also supported the analyzes made in this research. The results show that being a university student opens up possibilities of different existences for these trans men; who even in the midst of great difficulties experienced due to the structural transphobia to which they are submitted, remain and build new stories about themselves and help to produce more welcoming university environments and plurals, therefore, more universalizing. Key words: Education. Trans men. Access and permanence policies. Structural transphobia. Exclusion micropolitics.
