Gestão da sustentabilidade em eventos musicais de grande porte em Curitiba-PR

Abstract

Resumo : Este trabalho propõe um projeto de lei para promover práticas sustentáveis em eventos musicais de grande porte em Curitiba, baseando-se nas três dimensões da sustentabilidade. Foi identificado uma carência a respeito da gestão da sustentabilidade em eventos, e por ser um setor que gera impactos ambientais negativos, entendeu-se a importância de buscar iniciativas para minimizar esses impactos. O estudo foi feito através de pesquisa bibliográfica em livros e artigos e pesquisa documental por meio de documentos e sites oficiais, a fim de entender a literatura já existente acerca do tema, normas técnicas e análise de eventos nacionais e internacionais que já adotam medidas sustentáveis. Além disso, houve uma análise in loco realizada em um show de grande porte que aconteceu em Curitiba. O objetivo principal é analisar as ações de sustentabilidade no setor de eventos musicais de grande porte em Curitiba, seguido por quatro objetos específicos, sendo eles: identificar as práticas sustentáveis implementadas em eventos a partir da literatura, normas técnicas e eventos selecionados; descrever o setor de eventos musicais de grande porte de Curitiba e suas ações e políticas de sustentabilidade; sugerir possíveis ações a serem praticadas em Curitiba, com base em ações identificadas na literatura, normas técnicas e eventos selecionados; e elaborar uma proposta de projeto de lei para as práticas sustentáveis dos eventos musicais de grande porte de Curitiba-PR. O estudo identificou lacunas nas ações sustentáveis praticadas atualmente, e sugeriu medidas para exigir que essas práticas sejam realizadas por produtores de eventos a partir de um projeto de lei, buscando fortalecer a posição de Curitiba como referência em inovação e sustentabilidade, além de incentivar maior responsabilidade por parte dos organizadores de eventos.

Abstract : This work proposes a bill to promote sustainable practices in large-scale musical events in Curitiba, based on the three dimensions of sustainability. A lack of sustainability management in events was identified, and since it is a sector that generates negative environmental impacts, it was understood the importance of seeking initiatives to minimize these impacts. The study was conducted through bibliographic research in books and articles and documentary research through documents and official websites, in order to understand the existing literature on the subject, technical standards and analyze national and international events that already adopt sustainable measures. In addition, an on-site analysis was carried out at a large- scale show that took place in Curitiba. The main objective is to analyze sustainability actions in the large-scale musical events sector in Curitiba, followed by four specific objectives, namely: to identify the sustainable practices implemented in events based on the literature, technical standards and selected events; to describe the large-scale musical events sector in Curitiba and its sustainability actions and policies; to suggest possible actions to be practiced in Curitiba, based on actions identified in the literature, technical standards and selected events; and to elaborate a proposal for a bill for the sustainable practices of large-scale musical events in Curitiba-PR. The study identified gaps in the sustainable actions currently practiced, and suggested measures to require that these practices be carried out by event producers through a bill, seeking to strengthen Curitiba's position as a reference in innovation and sustainability, as well as to encourage greater responsibility on the part of event organizers.
