Inclusão de estrangeiros : uma resposta à escassez de mão de obra

Abstract

Resumo: Este projeto tem como objetivo analisar a escassez de mão de obra no setor agroindustrial da região centro-sul do Estado do Paraná, com ênfase na Cooperativa Agrária Agroindustrial, localizada em Guarapuava . A pesquisa propõe a contratação de imigrantes como estratégia para superar esse desafio, considerando as demandas do novo segmento da cooperativa voltado para o abate de frangos e toda a cadeia produtiva associada . Através de uma abordagem integrada, o estudo visa mapear as origens de imigrantes e refugiados, identificar ONGs que trabalham com a integração desses grupos e criar políticas inclusivas de recrutamento e seleção . Além disso, o desenvolvimento de um programa de acolhimento será fundamental para facilitar a adaptação e evolução profissional desses trabalhadores, promovendo a inclusão social e a diversificação da força de trabalho . O diagnóstico aponta que a falta de mão de obra é um obstáculo significativo para a expansão da cooperativa, especialmente em projetos de grande porte . Portanto, a adoção da estratégia de contratação de imigrantes não só se configura como uma solução estratégica e humanitária, mas também como um fator chave para a sustentabilidade econômica da Cooperativa e o fortalecimento da economia local . Abstract: This project aims to analyze the labor shortage in the agroindustrial sector in the southcentral region of the state of Paraná, with an emphasis on the Agrarian Agroindustrial Cooperative, located in Guarapuava . The research proposes hiring immigrants as a strategy to overcome this challenge, considering the demands of the new segments of the cooperative focused on chicken reduction and the entire associated production chain . Through an integrated approach, the study aims to map the origins of immigrants and refugees, identify NGOs that work with the integration of these groups and create inclusive recruitment and selection policies . ln addition, the development of a welcoming program will be essential to facilitate the adaptation and professional development of these workers, promoting social inclusion and diversification of the workforce . The diagnosis indicates that the lack of labor is a significant obstacle to the expansion of the cooperative, especially in large-scale projects . Therefore, adopting the strategy of hiring immigrants is not only a strategic and humanitarian solution, but also a key factor for the economic sustainability of the Cooperative and the strengthening of the local economy .
