O manual dos colégios cívico-militares no estado do Paraná : uma análise das narrativas divulgadas para estudantes e suas famílias (2024)

Abstract

Resumo : Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo discutir as narrativas presentes no Manual dos Colégios Cívico-Militares (2024), pois é o principal documento para apresentação do modelo educacional para as famílias/responsáveis pelos(as) alunos(as), ditando as normas que devem ser seguidas após a implementação do modelo Cívico-Militar na escola. Metodologicamente, por meio da análise documental, apresenta-se historicamente como o modelo dos Colégios Cívico-Militares foi implementado no Paraná pelo atual governador do Estado Ratinho Jr., por meio da Lei Estadual nº 20.338/2020 que acabou sendo alterada pela Lei Estadual nº 21.327/2022, para em seguida, realizar a análise qualitativa das narrativas do manual. A fundamentação teórica, busca mostrar à luz da obra Pedagogia do Oprimido, de Paulo Freire (1987) como ocorre o processo de omissão de informações, manipulação e convencimento das massas para a implementação de um sistema de ensino opressor. A autora Sonia Kramer dá o direcionamento de como analisar um modelo educacional com o olhar democrático, há também matérias da APP-Sindicato que ajudam a compor a análise no cenário atual, mostrando como a aplicação do modelo educacional está repercutindo na prática. Conclui-se que este modelo de educação não apresenta preocupação com a melhoria na qualidade educacional, mostra um grande empenho em controlar o comportamento dos(as) estudantes, o Manual e as Leis (Nacional e Estadual) possuem informações que se contradizem, além de o Manual fazer um jogo de palavras alterando o sentido de algumas para amenizar a violência imposta aos(as) alunos(as) pertencentes a este modelo educacional

Abstract : This research aims to discuss the narratives present in the Manual of Civic-Military Schools (2024), as it is the main document for presenting the educational model to families/guardians of students, dictating the rules that must be followed after the implementation of the Civic-Military model in schools. Methodologically, through documentary analysis, it is presented historically how the model of Civic-Military Schools was implemented in Paraná by the current State Governor Ratinho Jr., through State Law No. 20,338/2020, which ended up being amended by State Law No. 21,327/2022, and then carry out the qualitative analysis of the narratives in the manual. The theoretical basis seeks to show, in the light of the work Pedagogy of the Oppressed, by Paulo Freire (1987), how the process of omitting information, manipulating, and convincing the masses to implement an oppressive education system occurs. Author Sonia Kramer provides guidance on how to analyze an educational model from a democratic perspective. There are also articles from APPSindicato that help to compose the analysis in the current scenario, showing how the application of the educational model is having an impact in practice. It is concluded that this education model is not concerned with improving educational quality, it shows a great commitment to controlling student behavior, the Manual and the Laws (National and State) contain information that contradicts each other, in addition to the Manual playing with words by changing the meaning of some to alleviate the violence imposed on students belonging to this educational model
