Intervenções de enfermagem em mulheres com disfunções sexuais dolorosas

Abstract

Resumo : Objetivo: Avaliar a existência e possíveis intervenções de Enfermagem utilizadas para mulheres com disfunções sexuais dolorosas, especificamente dispareunia, vaginismo e vulvodínia. Método: Revisão integrativa realizada nas bases; Embase PubMed, LILACS, Web of Science e CINAHL, no período de agosto a setembro de 2023. Resultados: Foram selecionados 12 artigos que identificaram a existência de métodos utilizados na abordagem de disfunções sexuais femininas pelos profissionais de saúde de maneira geral, mas não há estudos que abordem especificamente sobre intervenções de Enfermagem em relação a essas queixas. Conclusão: A literatura destaca um elevado índice de mulheres afetadas por essas condições, realçando o impacto significativo que podem ter na saúde sexual feminina. Diante disso, destaca-se a importância de aprimorar a formação e capacitação dos profissionais envolvidos, assim como a necessidade de reformulação nos currículos dos cursos de Enfermagem.

Abstract : Objective: To evaluate the existence and possible nursing interventions used for women with painful sexual dysfunctions, specifically dyspareunia, vaginismus and vulvodynia. Method: Integrative review carried out on the following databases: Embase, PubMed, LILACS, Web of Science and CINAHL, from August to September 2023. Results: 12 articles were selected that identified the existence of methods used to approach female sexual dysfunctions by health professionals in general, but there are no studies that specifically address nursing interventions in complaints of dyspareunia, vaginismus and vulvodynia. Conclusion: The literature highlights a high rate of women affected by these conditions, displaying the significant impact they can have on female sexual health. In view of this, the urgency to improve the training and qualification of the professionals involved stands out, as well as the urgent need to reformulate the curricula of nursing courses.
