Resumo : A gestão de agendamentos tem sido fundamental para organizar a vida moderna, desde os antigos registros manuais em agendas até os sistemas digitais atuais. A evolução tecnológica trouxe maior conveniência e eficiência, permitindo que serviços sejam agendados de qualquer lugar e a qualquer momento. Isso reflete a crescente demanda por soluções que otimizam o tempo e melhoram a experiência do usuário. Apesar dos avanços, barbearias ainda enfrentam dificuldades em gerenciar agendamentos de forma eficiente, resultando em erros e perda de clientes. A falta de um sistema digital específico para esse setor gera dificuldades tanto para os prestadores quanto para os clientes, que buscam praticidade e rapidez na marcação de serviços. Pensando nessa problemática o sistema Flyck Barber tem o objetivo de facilitar a gestão de agendamentos tanto por parte do cliente quanto do barbeiro, permitindo que clientes solicitem agendamento de serviços de forma autônoma, prática e otimizada, aumentando a eficiência operacional e a organização dos prestadores de serviços. Para a construção do sistema, foram utilizadas tecnologias de desenvolvimento web, incluindo React.js para a interface, Node.js com Express para o backend, e MySQL para o armazenamento de dados, além de bibliotecas complementares como Bootstrap, FullCalendar, CoreUI, entre outras. O desenvolvimento foi conduzido utilizando a metodologia ágil Scrum, permitindo uma gestão eficiente das etapas do projeto. O sistema inclui funcionalidades de agendamento online, gestão de disponibilidade, notificações automáticas e um painel administrativo para os profissionais. From the earliest days when appointments were manually marked in physical agendas to today's online systems, technological evolution has revolutionized how people manage their time. The increasing need for efficiency and convenience has driven this evolution. With the accelerated pace of contemporary life, consumers expect to be able to schedule services anytime and anywhere. This has led to the demand for online management and scheduling systems, which offer convenience, accessibility, and flexibility. These systems not only meet customers' expectations but also provide efficiency and organization for service providers. This paper proposes the creation of a barbershop management system to organize service providers with a focus on optimizing scheduling time, which can be done entirely by the client, aiming to bring comfort to both service providers and users of these services Appointment management has been crucial for organizing modern life, from the old manual records in diaries to today's digital systems. Addressing this problem, the Flyck Barber system aims to facilitate appointment management for both clients and barbers, allowing clients to schedule services autonomously, practically, and efficiently, increasing operational efficiency and organization for service providers. The system was built using web development technologies, including React.js for the interface, Node.js with Express for the backend, and MySQL for data storage, along with complementary libraries such as Bootstrap, FullCalendar, CoreUI, and others.
