Juventude como um novo segmento social : um estudo de caso de duas escolas estaduais em Curitiba/2016

Abstract

Resumo : O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de apresentar o que é juventude, como seu deu sua construção histórica e o seu reconhecimento legal, bem como conhecer as características, preocupações e necessidades do jovem contemporâneo inserido hoje em duas escolas Estaduais de Curitiba que frequentam o Ensino Médio. Buscar uma melhor compreensão como esses jovens sujeitos sociais, se relacionam com a família, com o trabalho, na sociedade e com escola. Relatar sobre os jovens pesquisados, quais são seus projetos de vida, perspectiva de futuro, suas demandas e quais possibilidades que norteiam suas realidades com a criação do Estatuto da Juventude e se reconhecem essa lei. Sendo assim nosso estudo pautou-se na análise dos direitos que compreendemos como de grande importância para a juventude, foco de nossa reflexão. Consideramos que são os direitos que definem a cidadania, ou seja, a possibilidade de sermos indivíduos atuantes com direitos e deveres. As informações obtidas nesta pesquisa foram traduzidas em números para classificarmos e analisarmos os resultados. O procedimento de coletas de dados se deu através de questionário semiestruturado com um total de 34 perguntas que foram distribuídas para um grupo de 64 jovens com idade entre 15 á 29 anos de idade em fase de conclusão do Ensino Médio. O questionário foi baseado nos direitos ao trabalho e a renda, bem como o Direito à Segurança Pública e ao Acesso à Justiça ofertado para os jovens através do Estatuto da Juventude. As técnicas de procedimento e análises foram produzir estatísticas e demonstrá-las através de representações gráficas. Nossos principais interlocutores teóricos que nos auxiliaram neste trabalho foram ABRAMOVAY (2004) CARRANO (2014) DAYRELL (2014) GOHN (2013) LÉPORE (2014) NOVAIS (2013) NOGUEIRA (2013) SOARES (2004) SOUZA (2013) entre outros. Abstract : This study aims to analyze what is youth, as its gave its historical construction and its legal recognition, as well, to know the characteristics, concerns and needs of the contemporary youth inserted today in two state schools of Curitiba that attend high school. Seek a better understanding of how these young social subjects relate to family, work, society and school. Report on the young people researched, what are their life projects, future perspective, their demands and what possibilities that guide their realities with the creation of the Youth Statute and if they recognize this law. Our study was based on the analysis of the rights we understand as of great importance for youth, the focus of our reflection. We consider the rights that define citizenship, that is, the possibility of being active individuals with rights and duties. The information obtained in this research was translated into numbers to classify and analyze the results. The data collection procedure was done through a semi-structured questionnaire with a total of 34 questions that were distributed to a group of 64 young people between the ages of 15 and 29 at the end of high school. The questionnaire was based on the rights to work and income, as well as the Right to Public Security and Access to Justice offered to young people through the Youth Statute. The tech- niques of procedure and analysis were to produce statistics and demonstrate them through graphical representations.
