Práticas culturais e infância na cidade de Curitiba, com crianças da Regional do Portão

Abstract

Resumo: Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa sobre a relação entre aspectos culturais, espaciais e sobre a infância em dois bairros da Regional do Portão. Tal pesquisa visa investigar as práticas culturais das crianças nos bairros pesquisados, um bairro com vulnerabilidades e outro com maior quantidade de famílias de classe média. Foram aplicados questionários, os quais foram realizados com as crianças e seus familiares, bem como conversas com as crianças e desenhos realizados por elas, nos dois bairros pesquisados. Os autores utilizados na análise foram Corsaro (2002a; 2009b), Bonafé (2013), Hall (1997), Sarmento (1997a; 2005b), Williams (2015), Elias (1994), dentre outros. Os resultados da pesquisa demonstraram que as práticas culturais são diferenciadas nas famílias das duas localidades, assim como o modo de usufruir de práticas culturais diferenciadas é característico de cada uma, tornando as redes de interdependência das crianças moradoras do bairro com vulnerabilidade social, mais restritas e das famílias mais próximas da classe média, mais elásticas e densas.

Abstract: This is a qualitative and quantitative research about the relation among cultural, spatial and childhood aspects in two neighborhoods of the Regional do Portão. This research intends to investigate the cultural practices of the children in the neighborhoods researched, a neighborhood with vulnerabilities and another with more families of middle class. Questionnaires were applied, which were carried out with the children and their families, as well as conversations with the children and drawings made by them, in both of neighborhoods of the research. The authors used in the analysis were Corsaro (2002a; 2009b), Bonafé (2013), Hall (1997), Sarmento (1997a; 2005b), Williams (2015), Elias (1994), among others. The results of the research demonstrated that cultural practices are differentiated in the families of the two localities, as well as the way of enjoying differentiated cultural practices is characteristic of each one, making the of interdependence of children living in the neighborhood with social vulnerability more restricted and families more closer to the middle class, more elastic and dense.
