O Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo e o papel do pedagogo

Abstract

Resumo : Esta pesquisa buscou investigar como se desenvolve a atuação do pedagogo nas unidades de medidas socioeducativas. Para tanto, traçou-se como objetivos específicos: Realizar revisão de literatura referente ao Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo; Realizar revisão de literatura sobre o papel do pedagogo em unidades de atendimento socioeducativo; Realizar pesquisa de campo por meio de entrevista com pedagogos que atuam em unidades socioeducativas. O estudo se pautou por uma abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa em educação no qual foram utilizados os trabalhos de Duarte (2002), Thiollent (1986), Lüdke e André (1986), entre outros. O instrumento de coleta de dados foi: a entrevista semi-estruturada que teve a participação de três pedagogos com o intuito de caracterizar o papel do pedagogo nas unidades de medidas socioeducativas. Esta pesquisa buscou aporte teórico nos autores: Adorno (2014); Cruz (2011); Fonseca (2002); Ghiraldelli (1991); Gil (1999, 2008, 2009); Gohn (2006); Goldenberg (1997); Guedes (2014); Junior (2012); Libâneo (2001, 2007, 2011); Malvasi (2014); Maradino (2002); Monteiro (2014); Muribeca (2002); Nascimento (2014); Pietrobon (2006); Pimenta (1991, 1996, 2011); Pinto (2006); Sá (1997, 2013), Santos (2012); Saviani (2007); Silva (1999); Teixeira (2013). A partir da análise das respostas dos pedagogos pode-se observar que cada um deles trabalha de forma diferente, mas, com os mesmos objetivos: colocar em pratica o direito da criança e do adolescente (ECA) para que os mesmos possam ser inseridos novamente na sociedade e vida comunitária

Abstract : This research sought to investigate how the performance of the pedagogue in the units of socioeducative measures is developed. For this purpose, the following specific objectives were outlined: To carry out a review of the literature on the National System of Socio-Educational Assistance; To carry out literature review on the role of the pedagogue in socio-educational units; Conduct field research through an interview with pedagogues who work in socio-educational units. The study was based on a qualitative approach to research in education in which the works of Duarte (2002), Thiollent (1986), Lüdke and André (1986), among others, were used. The data collection instrument was: the semi- structured interview that had the participation of three pedagogues with the intention of characterizing the role of the pedagogue in the units of socio- educational measures. This research sought theoretical contribution in the authors: Adorno (2014); Cross (2011); Fonseca (2002); Ghiraldelli (1991); Gil (1999, 2008, 2009); Gohn (2006); Goldenberg (1997); Guedes (2014); Junior (2012); Libâneo (2001, 2007, 2011); Malvasi (2014); Maradino (2002); Monteiro (2014); Muribeca (2002); Birth (2014); Pietrobon (2006); Pimenta (1991, 1996, 2011); Pinto (2006); Sá (1997, 2013), Santos (2012); Saviani (2007); Silva (1999); Teixeira (2013). From the analysis of the pedagogues' responses it can be observed that each of them works differently but, with the same objectives: to put into practice the right of the child and the adolescent (ECA) in order to re- educate the children and young people to that can be inserted again in society and community life.
