Relações entre adultos e crianças na educação infantil municipal de Curitiba

Abstract

Resumo : Esse trabalho buscou apresentar os encaminhamentos pedagógicos a respeito das relações entre adultos e crianças na Rede Municipal de Educação de Curitiba. Tendo como objetivo compreender como o tema comparece, nos documentos que norteiam a Educação Infantil da Rede de Curitiba, se o tema comparece e como comparece nos cursos de formação ofertados pelos Núcleos de Educação, e quais as orientações que estes documentos trazem para as profissionais. Utilizou-se para análise a triangulação entre entrevista com pedagogas da Rede, a documentação normativa e o referencial teórico. Concluímos que as relações estabelecidas na Rede Municipal pressupõe a interação entre os indivíduos que circulam nos espaços educacionais. Também compreendemos que o tema sempre está em pauta nos cursos, juntamente com os dois eixos norteadores da Educação Infantil, interações e brincadeiras. Todas as atividades e propostas desenvolvidas nos espaços de Educação Infantil da Rede Municipal de Curitiba têm como foco as relações entre os sujeitos crianças e adultos

Abstract : This work aimed to present pedagogical guidelines regarding the relationship between adults and children in the Curitiba Municipal Education Network. Aiming to understand how the topic appears in the documents that guide the Nursery Education of the Curitiba Network, if the theme appears, and how it appears in the training courses offered by the Education Centers, and what guidelines these documents bring to the professionals. The triangulation between the interview with pedagogues of the Network, the normative documentation and the theoretical reference, was used for analysis. We conclude that the relations established in the Municipal Network presupposes the interaction between the individuals that circulate in the educational spaces. We also understand that the theme is always on the agenda in the courses, along with the two guiding principles of Early Childhood Education, interactions and play. All activities and proposals developed in the areas of Early Childhood Education of the Curitiba Municipal Network focus on the relationships between children and adults.
