Rede de proteção : a atuação da direção escolar e da conselheira tutelar em uma escola da rede municipal de ensino de Curitiba, em situação de vulnerabilidade social (2020)

Abstract

Resumo : O presente estudo teve como objetivo: conhecer/analisar como é a atuação da Rede de Proteção como agente colaborador, na gestão escolar da Rede Municipal de Ensino de Curitiba. A metodologia do trabalho contou com entrevista realizada com uma conselheira tutelar e uma diretora aposentada da Rede Municipal de ensino de Curitiba, pertencentes a Rede de Proteção. Ambas conhecem as diversas realidades e as dificuldades que permeiam a vida das crianças e que só um olhar atento e sensível é capaz de observar. Foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica através de artigos, livros e periódicos especializados que discorrem sobre a temática, a partir de autores como: Ferreira (2010), Motti e Santos (2014), Rizzini (2004), Rosemberg e Mariano (2010), Veiga (2017), assim como, em documentos oficiais que asseguram a garantia de direitos das crianças, como a Constituição Federal e o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente. A atuação da Rede de Proteção ocorre como um conjunto de ações integradas e intersetoriais, que contribui para a redução da violência contra a criança e adolescente. Conclui-se com este estudo que uma Rede de Proteção articulada aumenta a sua efetividade na promoção da garantia de direitos das crianças, assim como, revela a importância de um trabalho preventivo desenvolvido em rede, na qual todos os setores trabalhem juntos na prevenção e garantia de direito.

Abstract : The present study had as objective: to know / analyze how the Protection Network acts as a collaborating agent, in the school management of the Municipal Education Network of Curitiba. The methodology of the work included an interview with a guardian counselor and a retired director of the Municipal Education Network of Curitiba, belonging to the Protection Network. Both are aware of the different realities and difficulties that permeate the lives of children and that only an attentive and sensitive eye is able to observe. Bibliographic research was carried out through articles, books and specialized journals that discuss the theme, from authors such as: Ferreira (2010), Motti and Santos (2014), Rizzini (2004), Rosemberg and Mariano (2010), Veiga ( 2017), as well as in official documents that guarantee the guarantee of children's rights, such as the Federal Constitution and the Statute of Children and Adolescents. The performance of the Protection Network occurs as a set of integrated and intersectoral actions, which contributes to the reduction of violence against children and adolescents. It is concluded with this study that an articulated Protection Network increases its effectiveness in promoting the guarantee of children's rights, as well as reveals the importance of preventive work developed in a network, in which all sectors work together in prevention and guarantee right.
