Ensino remoto emergencial durante a pandemia de COVID-19 : análise de estratégias da rede estadual do Paraná e da rede municipal de Curitiba ( Março a Setembro de 2020)

Abstract

Resumo : Este trabalho de pesquisa visa compreender o impacto da pandemia da covid-19 na educação, nas redes estadual do Paraná e municipal de Curitiba, realizando uma pequena análise das modalidades Ensino a Distância e Ensino Remoto Emergencial. Tem como objetivo geral compreender as ações e estratégias adotadas pelas redes públicas de ensino, do Estado do Paraná, e do Município de Curitiba, de março a setembro de 2020. Produziu-se uma revisão de literatura usando banco de dados como Google Acadêmico e Scielo, uma análise de decretos e documentos, bem como notícias e reportagens sobre as redes estudadas. Realizou-se também uma pesquisa de métodos mistos sobre a opinião dos sujeitos, professores, pedagogos, e alunos e/ou familiares dessas redes. Através dessa pesquisa, foi possível observar que manter a função social que a escola tem para seus alunos, este ano foi uma preocupação para professores, pedagogos e gestores, que tiveram, em sua maioria, seu ano de trabalho marcado pelo excesso de trabalho e pela exaustão. Para as famílias, percebe-se que este foi um ano de desafios, e algumas dificuldades surgiram nestes momentos de aulas remotas. Um ano que ficará na história, e que deixará marcas nas trajetórias de ensino e aprendizagem das crianças e jovens presentes na escola. O retorno à escola, necessita que estratégias sejam pensadas para recompor todo o trabalho que houve uma ruptura devido ao Ensino Remoto Emergencial.

Abstract : This research aims to understand the impact of the covid-19 pandemic in education, in the state and municipal networks of Paraná and Curitiba, carrying out a small analysis of the modalities Distance Learning and Emergency Remote Learning. Its general objective is to understand the actions and strategies adopted by the public schools of the State of Paraná and mainly in the capital of the state: Curitiba. From March to September 2020. This work has produced a literature review using databases such as Google Academic and Scielo, an analysis of decrees and documents, as well as news and reports on the networks studied. A mixed method research was also carried out on the opinion of the subjects, teachers, pedagogues, and students and/or family members of these schools. Through this research, it was possible to observe that maintaining the social function that the school has for its students, this year was a concern for teachers, pedagogues and managers, who had, in their majority, their year of work marked by overwork and exhaustion. For the families, it is noticeable that this was a year of challenges, and some difficulties arose in these moments of remote classes. The year of 2020 will go down in history, and that will leave its mark on the teaching and learning trajectories of the students. The return to school needs strategies to be thought out to recompose all the work that was broken due to the Emergency Remote Education.
