Ao correr da pena : um estudo sobre a instalação material da escola primária paranaense

Abstract

Resumo : O presente estudo busca analisar como os móveis escolares foram pensados no aparelhamento legislativo educacional e como a gestão da norma foi apropriada e (re)interpretada no processo de institucionalização da instrução pública paranaense nos oitocentos. Organizada em dois capítulos, o percurso desta pesquisa dedica-se a conhecer as primeiras iniciativas jurídicas no processo de institucionalização da escola primária paranaense relacionadas a composição material da escola. Deste modo, na primeira seção busca-se entender as estratégias de governabilidade assumidas para administrar a nova condição política da província paranaense. Já o segundo capítulo busca olhar para a atuação do inspetor, Joaquim Ignácio Silveira da Motta, procurando identificar as tomadas de decisões para a instalação material da escola primária paranaense e como estas foram apropriadas e recebidas no cotidiano escolar. O recorte inicial escolhido é o primeiro ano pós emancipação do Paraná, em 1854, momento em que se busca organizar o aparelhamento administrativo político e educacional. Já o recorte final dirija-se para o ano de 1857, período de produção do ordenamento jurídico educacional paranaense pelo Inspetor Geral – Joaquim Ignácio Silveira da Motta – em que traça orientações sobre o arranjo material da escola primária paranaense. Em relação aos documentos de ordem jurídica, os interpretamos sobre a chave de leitura teórica de Roger Chartier (1988). Os relatórios governamentais foram lidos como discursos que possuem intencionalidades e assim operados com os conceitos de táticas e estratégias de Michel de Certeau (2014). Por fim, a leitura das fontes jornalísticas foram feitas a partir das recomendações metodológicas de Tânia Regina de Luca (2008).

Abstract : The present study seeks to analyze how school furniture was thought of in the educational legislative equipment and how the management of the standard was appropriated and interpreted in the process of institutionalizing public education in Paraná in the eighties. Organized in two chapters, the course of this research is dedicated to getting to know the first legal initiatives in the process of institutionalizing the primary school in Paraná related to the material composition of the school. Thus, the first section seeks to understand the governance strategies assumed to manage the new political condition of the province of Paraná. The second chapter seeks to look at the performance of the inspector, Joaquim Ignácio Silveira da Motta, seeking to identify the decision making for the material installation of the primary school in Paraná and how these were appropriated and received in the school routine. The initial cut chosen is the first year after the emancipation of Paraná, in 1854, a time in which it seeks to organize the political and educational administrative equipment. The final cut is directed to the year 1857, the period of production of the Paraná educational legal system by the Inspector General - Joaquim Ignácio Silveira da Motta - in which he outlines guidelines on the material arrangement of the Paraná primary school. In relation to legal documents, we interpret them on the key of theoretical reading by Roger Chartier (1988). Government reports were read as speeches that have intentionality and thus operated with the concepts of tactics and strategies by Michel de Certeau (2014). Finally, the reading of the journalistic sources was made based on the methodological recommendations of Tânia Regina de Luca (2008).
