O atendimento em salas de recursos para alunos com altas habilidades/superdotação no município de Curitiba : um estudo de caso

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho teve como objetivo geral investigar o trabalho realizado em uma sala de recursos para estudantes com Altas Habilidades/ Superdotação da rede estadual de ensino, no município de Curitiba. Para tanto, contou com os seguintes objetivos específicos: levantar os projetos atuais desenvolvidos em uma sala de recursos para alunos com AH/SD da rede estadual de ensino no município de Curitiba; identificar as características das oficinas e dos profissionais que trabalham em uma sala de recursos para alunos com AH/SD, da rede estadual de ensino no município de Curitiba e identificar o perfil de estudantes com AH/SD que participam de uma sala de recursos para alunos com AH/SD, da rede estadual de ensino, no município de Curitiba. Após revisão dos principais teóricos que subsidiam os estudos sobre AH/SD e revisão da legislação brasileira acerca do atendimento em salas de recursos, realizou-se pesquisa qualitativa com cinco estudantes, um professor e três familiares de estudantes, que frequentam uma sala de recursos. Como instrumentos de coleta de dados foram utilizados questionário e observação. Concluiu-se que seria necessário um olhar mais cuidadoso por parte dos órgãos competentes, pois, por mais que haja o atendimento, por vezes, não há a estrutura necessária, e nem professores em número suficiente para suprir a demanda de alunos

Abstract: The study presented aims to investigate the work done in a Multifunction Resources room for High Abilities/Gifted state education students, in the city of Curitiba. For that, the following specific objectives were followed: to raise data about the current projects developed in a Resourse Room for High Abilities/Gifted state education students in the city of Curitiba; to identify the characteristics of the worshops and the professionals who work in a resource room for High Abilities/Gifted state education students in the city of Curitiba and to establish the profile of these High Abilities/Gifted students who participated in these workshops for High Abilities/Gifted state education students in the city of Curitiba. After a review of the main theoreticians who finance the studies about High Abilities/Giftedness and the brazilian legislation regarding the service provided in these resourse rooms, a quality research was made with five students, a teacher and three students families who attended a resourse room, about the work done in this room through surveys and observation. It was concluded that a more careful and close look would be necessary from the competent bodies, for even the service being provided, at certain times there is no structure or teachers enough to meet demands
