The present graduation concluding paper seeks to construct an assessment tool of early childhood education context, that approaches the relation between the children and the nature and its elements. So, it proposes reflections about the how that relation works in the early childhood education's institutions and what is considered important in the environment internal, also the outdoor in theses institutions, for understand and assess those relations. During the first version construction of this tool I performed bibliographic searches of authors that approach the nature and importance of it during the childhood, among them: TIRIBA (2018), BARROS (2019), SANTOS (2016) and ROSA (2015), in addition, authors who discuss about the school space and its architecture, emphasizing the natural environment like LIMA (1989), HORN (2007) and SANTOS (2011). Through this context assessment tool, it demands a reflection about the quality of the schools. According to Bondioli and Savio (2013) the participation is a elementary aspect of quality, so for the second version of the tool's construction I counted with the appreciation of some environmental teachers and early childhood education teachers about this assessment tool. Through the appreciation, it was possible to note the discussion about the relations with the nature rarely happens with spontaneity inside of the early childhood education institutions. And, the teachers' reports show that just the reading and appreciating of the tool were necessary for they rethink the practices and realize the importance of the topic in the current context. Also, it founds some limits in the tool assessment, as the lack of discussion about the insertion of different cultures that would help in the relation with nature, as the ancestral cultures. So, with the teachers' contribution, a final version was reached for the use, in the fact, in a real assessment process about the relations between the early childhood education and the nature
