O referencial curricular do estado do Paraná para o ensino médio (2021) : uma análise documental e apontamentos sócio-históricos

Abstract

Resumo : O seguinte trabalho de Conclusão de Curso apresenta como foco principal a implementação do novo ensino médio no estado do Paraná, fazendo uma análise documental do Referencial Curricular Para o Ensino Médio do Estado do Paraná, e trazendo uma breve discussão sócio histórica do currículo. Tem por objetivos entender e analisar como a atual Base Nacional Comum Curricular, implementada pela lei 13.415/2017, chegou ao estado do Paraná e como os responsáveis lidaram com isso e fizeram adequações no sistema de ensino do Estado. Além de trazer uma breve historicizada sobre o currículo e como chegou no currículo atual. Esta é uma pesquisa bibliográfica, pois as fontes consultadas são documentos oficiais do estado do Paraná, currículos e referenciais curriculares. Metodologicamente, esse trabalho foi organizado da seguinte forma: inicialmente traremos uma breve explicação sobre currículo, começando com os primeiros estudos sobre o assunto, e como o currículo se adapta à toda a sociedade, além disso apresentaremos estudiosos da área e suas principais ideias e contribuições para o estudo do currículo. Após isso será trabalhado sobre a atual Base Nacional Comum Curricular e como ela chegou a ser implementada e em quais circunstâncias, qual o cenário político que estava na época, quais suas principais propostas e como será a adequação do sistema de ensino brasileiro perante o novo currículo. Em um segundo momento uma linha histórica dos governadores do Paraná e suas contribuições para a educação e por fim, uma análise do referencial curricular do ensino médio para o Estado do Paraná, com o auxílio do texto de Sonia Kramer. Os principais autores utilizados no texto são Tomaz Tadeu da Silva, Monia Ribeiro da Silva e Sonia Kramer.

Abstract : The following course conclusion work presents as its main focus the implementation of the new high school in the state of Paraná, making a documentary analysis of the Curricular Reference for High School in the State of Paraná, and bringing a brief socio-historical discussion of the curriculum. It aims to understand and analyze how the current National Curricular Common Base implemented by law 13.415/2017 arrived in the state of Paraná and how those responsible dealt with it and made adjustments to the state education system. In addition to bringing a brief history about the curriculum and how it arrived in the current curriculum. Methodologically, this work was organized as follows. Initially we will bring a brief explanation about the curriculum, starting with the first studies on the subject, and how the curriculum adapts to the whole society, in addition we will present scholars in the area and their main ideas and contributions. for the study of the curriculum. After that, the current National Common Curricular Base will be worked on and how it came to be implemented and under what circumstances, what was the political scenario that was at the time, what were its main proposals and how the Brazilian education system would adapt to the new curriculum. A brief historical discussion about the government of the state of Paraná and its contributions to education, and after that an analysis of the high school curriculum framework for the state of Paraná, based on the text by Sonia Kramer.
