Aumento da representatividade do produto FAST

Abstract

Resumo: Projeto desenvolvido na empresa Localiza no produto localiza fast. O produto é uma inovação neste mercado e permite que o cliente realize sua locação de forma 100% autônoma, desde assinatura do contrato até abertura da porta do veículo na vaga indicada direto pelo celular, sem filas, ágil, fácil e totalmente digital. O objetivo do projeto era aumentar a representatividade deste produto, e para isso, utilizamos a ferramenta DMAIC, metodologia que viabiliza o entendimento dos problemas, auxilia nas soluções e nas melhorias dos processos dentro da organização. Como resultado foi possível acompanhar as contribuições da metodologia,investigativa, direcionadora, organizando as ações, eliminando variáveis, e priorizando ações eficazes. O resultado conquistado no projeto superou a expectativa inicial, o sucesso no atingimento dos objetivos do projeto possibilitou a empresa estabelecer a manutenção dos resultados conquistados como meta para 2023.

Abstract: Project developed in the company Localiza in the product localiza fast. The product is an innovation in this market and allows the customer to rent 100% autonomously, from signing the contract to opening the vehicle door in the indicated local directly from the cell phone, without queues, agile, easy, and fully digital. The objective of the project was to increase the representativeness of this product, and for that, we used the DMAIC tool, a methodology that enables the understanding of the problems, helps in the solutions and in the improvements of the processes inside the organization. As a result, it was possible to monitor the contributions of the methodology, investigative, guiding, organizing actions, eliminating variables, and prioritizing effective action. The result achieved in the project exceeded the initial expectation, the success in the achieving the project’s objectives enable the company to establish this result as a goal for 2023
