Tecnologias disponíveis para a prevenção e tratamento de cicatrizes hipertróficas e queloides causadas por trauma

Abstract

Resumo : Identificar as tecnologias de prevenção e tratamento de cicatrizes hipertróficas e queloides causadas por acidentes traumáticos. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada nas bases de dados Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, Biblioteca de Medicina Americana, Scientific Electronic Library Online e Scopus. A coleta foi realizada em março de 2022. Foram identificados 3.160 artigos publicados entre os anos de 2012 e 2022, dos quais 12 estudos foram selecionados para análise final. Como resultado encontrou-se a terapia de compressão, folhas de gel, massagem cicatriz, injeçãode corticosteroide, fita de corticosteróide e gesso, pomada e creme de corticosteróide, laser, cirurgia, injeções intralesionais de toxina botulínica tipo A, crioterapia, agentes antitumorais e imunossupressores, terapia de radiação, gel de silicone, hidrogel e oximatrina. Os estudos mostraram que a combinação otimiza o resultado e a precocidade do início do tratamento mostrou benefícios quanto a qualidade da cicatrização.

Abstract : To identify technologies for the prevention and treatment of hypertrophic scars and keloids caused by traumatic accidents. Method: This is an integrative review carried out in the Virtual Health Library, American Medicine Library, ScientificElectronic Library Online and Scopus databases. Data collection was carried out in March 2022. A total of 3,160 articles published between 2012 and 2022 were identified, of which 12 studies were selected for final analysis. As a result, compression therapy, gel sheets, scar massage, corticosteroid injection, corticosteroid tape and plaster, corticosteroid ointment and cream, laser, surgery, intralesional injections of botulinum toxin type A, cryotherapy, antitumor agents and immunosuppressants, radiation therapy, silicone gel, hydrogel and oximathrin. The studies showed that the combination optimizes the result and the precocity of the beginning of the treatment showed benefits in terms of the quality of healing.
